It integrates with my smart home as I have all Google Home devices. It is so simple to use and minimal in design. However, I wish the remote was a little bit grippier than the texture that is on it now as it slips around a bit. Overall, I would gift this to anyone looking for a streaming device.

It is a little more expensive than many, but that's to be expected from Google. The menu is intuitive and very easy to use. Remote seems to lag a little from time to time. Unsure if this is common or environmental with other devices surrounding it. It does default to 1080 for some apps such as Vudu, but if you're already in the Google Ecosystem it's a good buy.

Thanks for letting us know of the lag issue you have using the Voice Remote for your Chromecast with Google TV.
Your Chromecast with Google TV lets you watch movies and TV shows in 4K Ultra HD and 4K HDR content with your favorite streaming services. We recommend checking if your set up has the following items to ensure that you´re viewing on the highest resolution:
- An HDMI port that supports both HDCP 2.2 and 60 frames per second (60 FPS). Note: If you're using an AVR or soundbar, those will also need to support HDCP 2.2.
- A high-speed internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
- A high speed HDMI cable. Recommended length: Less than 6 ft. (1.8m)
- Use only the power supply that was provided with your Chromecast with Google TV or Chromecast Ultra.
