    This is a great alternative to the Firestick. Simple and easy to use. Pretty straight forward UI and easy access to dev mode. If you know, you know. Easy on the wallet, that I replaced all my Firestick 4K with these... I'll probably replace this with a newer version down the line... Thanks.

    I love this little streamer! I got it for the tv in my covered sun room at the back of the house. Network connection is great and it offers "Hey Google" access out there too. The white color goes well and "blend in" or disappear among other electronics. I have several subscriptions to different streaming services and this has them all available so far.

    I have 2 tv’s in the house that have Android TV built in. This was for the older dumb tv. This brings in all the connectivity the other two have baked in. The only thing I don’t like is the shape of the remote. It’s small and not ergonomic at all. Slippery and easy to loose a grip on. Direct has a better shape remote. Also, this replaces a FireTV device. I like this a lot better.

    Google never seems to be able to get their hardware game right. Every device they release has some kind of issue. No exception with the Google TV 4K. There is an audio-video sync problem from they day I purchased it (2 years ago) which hasn't been fixed as of today (Apr 19, 2022). The issue is obvious when using any streaming app, except YouTube TV. Which means I almost never use this device and turn to the more reliable Apple TV 4K.
