You can install your own apps like Kodi. As far as Android TV devices go, it's second only to the Shield line from Nvidia.

It looks good and holds all my streaming services, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

My room tv doesn't really have a good speaker and I'd find myself struggling to hear some dialog but not anymore.
