You will not go wrong buying this device. Smooth software. The Remote really helps. You can control your tv start button and sound bar volumes with chromecast remote. For 50 dollars, it's really worth it. 4k support is an added benefit.

Awesome product. We have been using chromecast on all of our TVs for about 2 years and adding the remote and ability to have onboard apps is amazing. We use YouTube TV for our cable service and this product is a must have with that.

Chrome cast with Google TV is the best streaming device around. I primarily donYoutube TV (also awesome) but this thing does every streaming service I have. Apple TV+, Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, and others.

Bought a year ago, so far no problem at all. Very good picture with fast reaction.

This has been a great purchase. I have an 8 year old smart tv. I decided to go streaming instead of boxes. I went through 3 Rokus in about 7 months. They kept dying out. When I needed to get yet another device, I decided to try Chromecast. So far it's been a great decision. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I can't seem to load Spectrum on it. A Geek Squad guy couldn't do it either. But, I can cast everything from my tablet or phone. That works fine, but a direct app would be preferable. Glad I decided to try this device!

The Google tv Chromecast is a much-needed improvement over previous versions. Really slick interfaces that allow all of your favorite streaming platforms to come together into one interface is amazing

you can never go wrong with Google products ! I like it a lot because you can control the TV with the remote and with your phone too. YOu need to get used to the interface a bit but then you'll surf easily. I wish it didn't need to be powered separately and could be powered via the USB on the TV

Installed easily. Nice packaging. Functions as Chromecast receiver as well has Voice assistant. Remote better than other brands. Has tons of services, even games. Doesn't have Apple TV app, because Google feuds with Apple.

Best Chromecast ever. I have used Roku on my main TV for awhile and hated it. I have had pretty much every verison of the chrome cast, including the ultra, and the interface on this makes it incredible. Its so smooth and responsive.

Purchased as a gift for my father. Fairly simple interface for him to use, low button count is good in this respect as well. I've had one since they were released, it is my favorite streaming device.

I had the first 2 generation this one is way better ability to use when traveling in other hotels and having multiple apps installed directly on the cast no longer having to cast from phone. Plus remote control is great addition

I couldn't believe how easy it was to install and use immediately. The remote is a nice size and easy to use.

I enjoy the features of this tv dongle. The hardware seems to work well sometime the connection to service in disrupted but YMMV. The remote is so-so. I would like to have addtional dedicated buttons for last change, favorites, The ability to use voice control makes up for not having more buttons.

Great option for my dad to use to watch YT, HBO MAX, DisneyPlus and other streaming services for the living room tv. Easy to set up and carry around as well

Got it because the hulu app was no longer available on my old tv. Love this thing. Easy to set up and all your apps are in the same place. It’s perfect.

I haven't had this for super long but I can immediately tell this is much better than a Fire Stick, no question about it. The UI is snappy and clean and just simply works. It's worth the extra money to buy this over the Fire Stick.

After cutting the cord from 20+ years at Directv, went to Hulu(Showtime, Stars, HBO Max, Cinemax)/Netflix/Amazon Prime..have many current smarttv's and firesticks for those that aren't... Chromecast with Google TV is the best!

I upgraded from a older Chromecast, and it definitely was a major update. This device let's you search by voice with Google assistant, and puts all your streaming services on to one page so you won't need to open separate apps.

This was so easy. It made an older TV work just like the new one. Simple controls. I started watching on another TV, then used this little gadget to finish watching from bedroom TV. Nice & Smart.

its been a month im using it and loving it so far. we use remote for google assistant as well to manage smart home objects and its fast and prompt. we loved the simple remote that is very easy to use. kids enjoy games as well.
