Adjusting how sensitive Google Assistant responds whenever you say the hotword,“Hey Google", may be helpful with the issue you are experiencing. This setting lets you choose how sensitive your device is to phrases that sound like “Hey Google” and helps detect something that you say that may sound similar or you manually activate your device accidentally. If this happens often, you can make it less sensitive. I like how you can use the remote or cast from a phone. Only problem is it keeps “recommending” shows from services I’m not subscribed to while those same shows are available on a service I AM subscribed to.

For the price point of $49, the latest Chromecast is a must-buy, and to be frank I am legitimately surprised that Google is selling it at that rate, It contains all the same bells & whistles as the Chromecast Ultra, which I possessed before, YET also includes a bevy of additional features, such as Dolby Vision, built-in memory, as well as a voice remote.
