Videos were constantly buffering, apps freezing even after updating. No other streaming devices were experiencing this issue on the wifi, not even the tv it was connected to. My only other issue is that the profiles are pretty much worthless. They only offer you recommendations, not customization.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really happy with the software aspect of the product, but I am not very impressed by the hardware, specifically the control, having had an Apple TV before I got to say that the quality of the remote is more important that the one of the actual streaming box, since it’s what you are interacting with all the time you’re using the device, it’s maybe a little too small for my hands. That been said it’s a really nice value for the price
