Great option for streaming. Works well and easy to set up

Greatly convenient for a non-smart tv. It has all the streaming apps you want and provides access to browsers and file explorers to access content on your home network. It supports usb hubs as well for added peripherals like keyboards/mice, usb drives or a physical network jack.

My family geek said better and longer lasting than fire stick.

Can’t go wrong with this device for $50. Only downside is if you’re using a service that needs to download a specific amount of data to be stored then you might need a USB-C hub and a usb drive. But if you mostly do streaming of standard apps then you’re fine.

It has so many APPS to chose from. There is no bored moment when you buy this. The movies are. Current movies. It worth the money

Was between this one and an Apple Tv just because I have a wide range of Apple products and thought this might fit into the environment nicely but for a fraction of the cost, the Google Tv Chromecast is even better than I expected. Will get a second one for my bedroom TV for sure.

was previously using the roku stick and changed to the chromecast with google. the change was predicated by the superior function of the google over that of roku and compatibility of google with utube usage. i also prefer the format of the google tv.

Faster than my Roku or Amazon Fire devices. Just wish it had apple app.

I love Google TV but I hate how fragile their remotes are and the fact you can't not order a replacement remote is a bit annoying. You have to purchase an entire new system and set it up on the network all over again.

My first experience with the Google Chromecast. Google TV is great. Boots up quick and has no issues with any apps that I've used. Screen mirroring is seamless. I have it hooked up to a projector, and its perfect for my current setup.

I bought this unit to replace the remote since they don't sell them separately in stores. The Chromecast itself is great, but I've had two remotes have their Enter buttons break in just a few months of ownership. Google did send replacements for the remotes, but they didn't send advance replacements, so here I am with another Chromecast set.

Major upgrade from the first generation I have been using. Remote works great, though I'm not sure if I like how small the remote is. Overall it does what's advertised, no complaints.

Works great!! 5 star because it was easy to find, pay for, and be on my way. A couple of associates did ask if l needed assistance, which l didn't but really appreciated them asking.

I use STBEMU and can easily use chromecast to stream all national and international channels. I have an old TV which does not allow to install apps. This chromcast device saved us big buck of not having to buy another new TV.

Good alternative to an Apple TV, but understand that you get what you pay for. Sometimes goes through weird updates and sometimes casting from my iPhone doesn’t work, but works ok

Simple plug and play installation, quick set up with only having to put in pass codes from e mails to get my streaming working.

I got this so that I could stream my Oculus on my TV. That way, we can have our friends over and watch them freak out over Virtual Reality!
