These Google TV Chromecast is great. I needed one for my living room.

very easy to setup and use, has all the main streaming apps, the remote control doesn’t slip it’s easy to use

I love how easy this is to use and set up. It adds a lot of functionality/value to my tv.

Good upgraded chromecast that you dont have to use phone any longer comes with remote. But limited on apps ti be down loaded example no spectrum app or charter. Had to return due to that fact.

This new chrome cast model is a severe disappointment. I have the previous model and it works a lot better than this one. The one thing that separates Googles streaming device is the ability to cast from a mobile device to your tv. However this new model has a tough job doing just that. The biggest issue I was having was that every couple minutes the stream would jump ahead 5 secs during a show. I have high speed internet from Google Fiber and never had an issue with the previous model doing this. The Google TV interface and remote were the main reasons I wanted to try this device. The remote and Google assistant worked well. But the Google Tv had a bunch of bugs. Apps were crashing & losing connection (HBO Max & Peacock for example). The library was a great new feature to compile a mass watchlist from all my subscriptions but Google needs to fix the ability to add Netflix Originals to it and a way to sort between Tv and movies. For the remote it worked turning the tv on and changing the volume but the tv input button did not work. This new model of chrome cast has potential but unfortunately doesn’t deliver what the older model did so well. I returned it after spending a couple days trying to fix the casting issue (everything was updated and internet speeds were high) but the streams would keep jumping ahead every few minutes. I would be open to trying this chrome cast again down the road if Google fixes these glaring issues.

Pretty good for an entry level product. Integrations are good and the content aggregation/recommendation is good. The remote is a bit slippery.

Works just as described. I used this to replace my Amazon Fire stick. And to cast from my Oculus. Works well almost no wait between changing channels.

This has taken watching TV to a whole new level. Aside from being super discrete and easy to hide.

Bought it to watch crunchyroll on my tv and it works for that.

Great product, easy to use and video quality is great. The UI is fantastic and works great with google home and other google products.

Picked this up in order to dump the Amazon Fire Cube. The cube just wasn't stable. Lots of issues with the remote. Thus far the Google Chrome device has been excellent. Much better laid out then the Amazon. My only complaint is that I wish it came in Black.

This was a good Upgrade for our old 3D TV with no Smart Features, It Does the Job, will like to see more apps, specially the ones for free TV, but if you need the basic Smart TV package this is your device.

Had Ruko for a year because android TV and dongle didn't support for Amazon video. Chromocast with Google TV is all in one solution where I can have apps installed. Amazon prime video, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and many more. Google voice assistant button is handy but you need to train it properly, so it may deliver exact content what you say. You need to install Google home app in your phone. I have tried streaming different videos from 0hone to television but the even the HD quality is not good, Google needs to fix this. Overall it's worth at this price as compared to other devices available in the market.

Really loving this OS, quick and easy, connects to the rest of my Google home architecture flawlessly. Beats out my Samsung TV. I’ll continue to buy these for every tv I get.

It needs more storage. I don’t House anything on the default 8gb and I can’t keep all streaming apps installed. Otherwise the search feature is game changing. Could use more cpu power.
