You can try these steps that might help you improve your experience:
- Clear the app cache for the app you´re having the video issues with. Go to Settings > then Apps > then select the app that's having the video issue > then select Clear cache and then Ok.
- Check that the batteries in the remote have remaining charges.
- Remove the batteries from the remote.
- Press and hold the Home button.
- While holding the button, reinsert the batteries.
- Hold the button while the LED light is solid.
- When the light starts pulsing, release the button.
