Requires a lot of remote juggling to use. I have reset the remote 5 times and tried on 3 different TV's. Remote updates and pairs w chromecast but will not allow another device to be controlled by remote.

Had a bit of difficulty installing it to find out that it had a defect. Went to Best Buy and had a smooth exchange and was able to install it successfully!
