The volume buttons are on the side and are a pain to use without shifting the tiny remote in my hand. It’s not very user friendly. Not much available for instructions on how to use. You basically have to decide which service you want and start surfing around until you can figure out how to use it. It is just ok. They could improve the remote but they want you to use the voice command for everything.
