Chromecast has problems

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When your chromecast gets a mind of its own and the suggestion is to replace it, go ahead and try it. Support from Google on its own product is non-existent. You end up relying on a chat blog and there are really no answers w/o researching for hours. Set-up is easy, the first time... try to figure out anything further in problems, you're on your own.
