The UI is very slow and not that responsive. When watching HDR/Dolby Vision content sometimes the screen will flicker black. The other thing I'm not fond of is how the volume buttons are on the side. When just picking up the remote you accidentally hit up or down on the volume buttons. They should be put on the front.

I'd purchased one over 6 years ago and decided to get another one for my bedroom and boy was I impressed! Picking it up from the Online Order are was super easy too! It took less than 2 minutes to get it :-)
