Product is very good. However, wanted curbside pick up but had to go into the store to get it as apparently no employes were avaiable to come out. Not happy about that

Setup was, as usual with Google products, much more a pain in the neck than it should be. But now that it's hooked up, my mother-in-law has plenty of things to watch on television at night. That she can actually speak what she wants to watch is a bonus for her because trying to navigate with the rocker circle is a huge pain in the neck. My daughter, however, loves hers but had the same complaint about setup. You won't find me buying one of these for myself since they pretty much forced everyone into buying these "with Google TV" models in order to sign in with your account without mentioning the fact that this lower cost HD model was available now. Google is even more conniving than Apple in this regard.

Bought this for my wife. She was having issues with her fire stick and we had a couple 4k versions so i picked this up for her and after a quick audio adjustment its been so nice im going to get them for the rest of the tv’s in the house.

Great solution! even 5Ghz Wifi at it's best is far less reliable than direct connection. This solved all of my intermittent buffering issues. I will buy one for a second TV.

This gadget has endless possibilities when intergrating your tablets and computers with your tv. I use these features to the max.

Replaced this with a Roku. This is the best streaming device I've used. Easy to use - once setup. Can screen cast which is huge plus. I don't find google easy to use, but once past setup it's fine

Giving it a 4 because everything else is great but unlike the older ones this one turns off and requires you to need the remote to get it started every time maybe I still have a few things to learn but that’s been my experience. Still love the chrome cast in general. Great device just needs a few tweaks

I'm pretty happy with the Chromecast. You get lots of free tv. I cancelled my cable and hooked up this and an $8 antenna.

If you want to upgrade, this one does have a lot more functionality and truly competes with Roku or Firestick. However I liked that the old one could be hardwired (actually plugged into power adapter). And the parental controls are nowhere near what you can do with firestick.

I love Google Chrome because it makes your life easier and what is better, it transforms your old TV into a smart TV with voice command......excellent

The delivery was very fast and the item arrived with no problems I will recommend the Google chromecast and I will recommend to shop with Best Buy again.

The google tv is the best smart tv software i have found. Great device. The remote could use a grip texture on the bottom.

Wonderful product. My TV is no longer a monthly expense (it was almost $200 per month). If you spend some time on it you will find almost everything you can think of. I’m so happy I cut the cable.
