Remote could be better.

HIGHLY suggest

My partner and I had an older TV that didn’t allow streaming other than Netflix. We didn’t want to buy a whole new TV, so I thought I’d try the Chromecast. Now it FEELS as though we have a whole new TV. Highly suggest!

The best for TV

Is faster to navigate through the apps, has better understanding when you talk to mic. Totally worth it

Works great for Google TV

That said, this Chromecast worked great for us to get Google TV. We plugged it into out non-smart TV, logged in, clicked a few buttons for preferences, that kind of thing, and watched the World Cup. That's why we bought it. Satisfied.
