DVD did not match the description

I ordered it online, it was described as 2 disk set. My order pick up email said "Diamond edition". But when I came to pick it up, there was only 1 disc and it was not diamond either. I know there are many DVD editions and it can be confusing, but I expected better from BestBuy. I was disappointed and returned it right away. Buy the way, customer service was not helpful at all. The girl who helped me acted as she was annoyed and was not very polite

Bluray and DVD combo

Not good quality at all
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to get home and watch the movie with my little sister and all throughout the movie the picture would go in and out. I looked at the DVD and it was not scratched. This happened several times and we paid almost 30.00$ for this movie. I tried to return it and it could not be returned because the movie was opened. Im very disappointed.
