Don't Rely on the floor sales staff
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought a Sony Blue Ray for Christmas and the floor sales person recommended CinemaNow, so we got it. Little did we know that Sony does not support CinemaNow yet. The sales person said he uses it on his Sony. Best Buy in Mooresville, NC just lost a Platinum customer, we are so disappointed with this experience. Live and learn.

I have not fully looked at the requirements but I don't have an option on my TV to use this card. I have other movie providers like NetFlix on my TV but not this one.

Don't bother

Over half an hour of waiting for a live-response chat-- just to tell me to reboot the machine. Thanks. I have worked with computers before.

Doesn't work!!!

When I tried to use the code there was a problem with the service that it doesn't work with Panasonic bd players even though it's advertised on the box. Best Buy wont even refund my $20 for the cinema now card. Big rip off!!!
