It is the best flavor I have found. I love that Best Buy sells them in 48 count and that I can use my best buy reward certificates towards them.

I usually have creamer in my coffee but the flavor is so enjoyable that I drank it without any creamer. The cinnamon was not too strong and gave the coffee a nice flavor.

It's easy to use, and brews a great cup of coffee. We also use it for teas, and soups. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me, is because it does tend to leak a little if you overfill the hopper or the reservoir with water, but it rarely happens that we do so.
