This item is very helpful with monitoring and controlling what my kids do and view online. It does however have a few flaws you can access inappropriate material through Bing images hopefully they will get this worked out soon

I have only been using this for 3 weeks but have appreciated the ability to monitor and limit internet use in our house. It has been great for limiting online gaming for kids as well as setting a 'bedtime', a time that I set where the internet will no longer work for that device. I am hoping that it will help all household members be better aware of the time we are spending online. Evidently, there is a way to use to monitor electronics not being used via WiFi, but I think it is more than I want to currently pay.

Right out of the box this device was super easy to set up and use. You literally take it out of the box plug it in and download the app and follow the steps. Boom done. Completely customizable too! You can get very specific on what to allow and what not to allow.

Purchased to help us help our children become aware of how much time is actually spent on what activities - and what goes on behind what is obvious when you visit a site or use an app, etc. Easy to set up, easy to adjust limits, send rewards....would love to see a couple of changes made but overall well worth it.

Works as stated. Web searches could be more granular.

The device is useful. We've been able to better monitor and limit the time our kids spend on electronics, but we found the directions in setting-up the system were inadequate. Once set-up it has been easy to use and update.

It was ok there were times when circle would cut off the internet entirely even to devices that were not on circle and registered to my kids and other times it would cut the internet down for if the device it shouldn’t have. We ended up returning it for that reason

This is my second device, as it worked SO well, my son destroyed our first one. :-/

We've had the Circle devise for a month now and love it. We're using it to limit screen time for our boys each day and they haven't resisted us once on it. The seemless ease with which you can set it up and use it is a top pro in purchasing it. Highly recommend.

I have not had any problems with setup and it has worked fine. It does require some work to make effective. If you don't want to set too many restrictions then you have to watch the history and set certain sites as unacceptable. But better than nothing.

I liked the idea presented by Disney. Some days it feels more like a hassle. I wish they provided more assistance or some kind of manual to assist you in setting it up. It's not difficult getting it hooked up to your router and such. It's just doesn't give you much help by way of setting up devices and such. Overall it's ok. The bedtime restrictions works well. I like how it shuts off my kids access to the internet at whatever time I set up. The only thing is it doesn't prevent them from playing single player on Minecraft which I thought in the advertising it said it would in some way. Maybe I misunderstood.

I have been debating on getting one of these for a few years and always ended up not going through with the purchase because ultimately, I didn't feel like we needed one yet. Then the Circle went on sale and I immediately scooped one up for nearly half the price. Works as expected and easy to setup.

I heard about this product and decided to purchase it as i have a toddler accessing all digital gadgets in the house. Luckily it was available at best buy immediately. Its very easy to setup and with the app you can set time limits for devices, create user setting, block some contents etc. Happy with the purchase.

Once I was able to configure the WiFi connection the Circle worked like a charm. It'll be a great way to manage and reward the internet usage in the house.

eliminates bartering or arguing with my 8 year son about his online usage. And I can give him bonus time for chores.

This is a really good product. Works really well, however, there are a couple of things that I would prefer to be different. First, if the home network goes down for any reason and you have a profile "paused" preventing network access through any of the devices on that profile, you cannot "un-pause" that profile. You have to wait until the network is back online. And second, I would prefer to have more details provided on the history of the profile. There really isn't much info there at all to monitor what is being viewed.

I'm using Circle to monitor and limit internet usage for my 11 and 8 year old kids, using 2 iPads and one iPhone. Setup was fairly straight forward following the app instructions on my Samsung Note 4. The content filters have worked pretty well also, as they are blocking what I want and haven't interfered with the kids allowed activities. My one complaint is with the bedtime limits. I wanted to use my son's iPad, and it was after his bedtime. First, I tried to remove the bedtime limit from his profile in the app, but I still kept getting the bedtime limit message on the iPad. I eventually had to remove the iPad itself from his profile to get it to work. Everything else I've done with the app has worked pretty seamlessly.

I got this device to put controls on my kids screen time for all their devices. The product works but it also put controls on my cell phone which I can’t take off.

I heard good things about this product so I bought it. But when I tried to install it, I found out that it does not work with all routers. What a disappointment. I had to return it

Circle actually helps a lot to re-direct our son's life. Once you set up the off time on Circle, the internet will auto disconnect. You can also filter what kids can do on their devices. Our son has gotten more sleep and done better at school ever since we started using Circle.
