This was a descent attempt at making a remake. It could of been better and it could of been worse.

Action packed. CGI is good. Even with the original. Price was good.

Its entertaining and never boring. Actors are great and the use of new technology makes it better.

I enjoyed the movie. Contained lots of action scenes, graphics/effects were awesome.

A well-made, slick action movie; be sure to watch 'Wrath of Titans' also...

One more retelling of an old tale. Graphics and cinematography improve with time.

the story was the normal fare. Hades being the root of evil vs the archetypical antihero Perseus. The original version had a little more complicated plot, not much stronger, but more motivated. The visuals were obviously more important than strong writing, but these are the times.

I read all the harsh reviews but bought it anyhow for 19.99. Some ghosting but not too annoying. No pop outs but not the end of the world.The 3d did add depth but is nothing to brag about either. If you like mythology you will enjoy - I actually did.

I really enjoyed the movie. You pretty much know where each turn is taking but it's still extremely aesthetically pleasing. Also with the blu ray purchase comes a digital copy and regular DVD. Well worth the price.

This is my last Blu-ray purchase for a very long time. $29.99 is a ridiculous amount to pay for a movie that can be rented 7 times for this same amount. Movie is excellent though but bluray is not worth the money.

I bought the Bluray, which also included the DVD of the movie. Unfortunately my Bluray did not work on my Samsung Bluray player. Hopefully I will soon get a firmware upgrade, so I can watch this movie in Hi-Def.

I knew going in that this movie was not rated high for 3D, but I did not realize just how bad it is. This has to be the worst 3D conversion I've seen. Now, most of the effects are really well done, but some of the perspectives are exaggerated so much that landscapes look unrealistic, and the heads of the gods on Mt. Olympus seem to have a weird double image behind them. The movie itself is really entertaining and has some well known actors. It is probably more enjoyable in 2D, though.

Okay, well i bought this movie cause I had just recently bought a 3d tv for the first time and wanted to try out the 3d and at the time this movie was on sell and cheapest action movie. I never watched the movie and didnt really know what it was about til I started watching it in 3d. It was really cool watching the effects and sound as I also bought a new 3d blu ray surround sound player but the movie was bit boring to me. I know I wont watch this movie again and it will sit there collecting dust not. oh well...

Best movie ever. How it did not win academy award for best picture ever I will never know. Always thought Pegusus was white. Not sure what was up with the black pegasus.

From the start the special effects were really cool, but half way through you knew what was going to happen. It didnt leave anything to the imagination.3D was awsome!!!!

Loved it. Darker more human edge than the original. The Fates (the sisters that shared the eye) were pretty scary in this version. It wasn't a pretty boy story.

Just started buying 3 d movies. Had alot of bad experience on some movies. If you purchase any 3 movies it should pop out to you through the screen . And hopefully show alot for you to see, It's better off seeing regular blueray movies instead of 3 d movies. It should come through the tv at you while you are watching. Alot of them don't. Iam highly dissatified with alot of them. You pay alot for 3 d movies you should get what you pay for. It's a good movie and all but not good for 3 d movie to buy.

I wouldn't recommend buying any movie that wasn't shot for 3d. It added some depth and that is about it. I want stuff whizzing by my head. I believe in all honesty I could buy the standard blu ray and turn the conversion on my tv or bluray and ended with the same effect...
