Nostalgic but not so useful (for the most part)
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(Typing all this with the Clicks Keyboard on my 16 Pro Max.) Cons: * Getting used to the special character mapping is harder than I thought. * Heavy. Your hands will definitely feel it (but in some ways this is good. More on that later). * Power button is not so clicky (maybe just mine). Pros: * Keyboard clicks so good! Buttons are definitely high quality. Very satisfying to type on. * Holding your phone to talk on a call feels so retro. Like those super long telephones we used to have back in the day. Idk why but very satisfying and cool! I noticed right away that I texted less when I was doing other things, like eating or reading in bed. Because Clicks makes texting a two-handed task. You can’t do it with one hand. It’s helpful in some ways like cutting down screen time, but it’s a pain when you really need to text someone or type something while doing something else. Mapping shortcuts to keys is neat, but iOS now has a simpler way to access shortcuts - the control center. Cool product. Looks very nice. But the honeymoon phase fades out very quickly and you will want your $160 back (like me) I’ve got this case because of Mr. Mobile, but I’m not sure if it’s the right fit for me. I think Clicks might not be for everyone. Writing, and then going back and fixing all the typos, took me about 7 minutes. Plus now my wrist/fingers hurt. I'm sure it could've been much faster and smoother with the regular iOS keyboard.

Love it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is awesome. If you’re someone that loves a physical keyboard on a phone like the old days with the blackberry phones, you won’t regret this if you’re someone that loves typing on glass, you will regret this. It’s nice to have the option to type on the keyboard or just use The glass. It’s the best of both worlds really. I will probably always get these cases as long as they are available keep in mind you don’t want to get it wet. I can’t wait for future generations of this product.

Its fun and needs time
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I keep seeing this all over social media and thought it was cool! As someone with a promax its hard to type with this product if its not leaning up against something. Also this extends the length of your iphone pretty signicantly. My top recommendation to the folks at click is creating more balance of the keyboard, i will say that i feel more productive with this case. It might be better with a pro or a smaller previous model. This is definitely an accessory that is not for the average user but would make someones day

Clicks is still working out glitches
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the concept. I never return anything. However, I returned this because I wrote to the company about the keyboard's inability to generate the lower case "i," and at least one other major flaw. Clicks responded promptly, but with the wrong answer. I was told to create short cuts to resolve those known problems. I don't want to memorize a slew of short cuts made longer by problems that shouldn't exist, but do. My hands suffered traumatic injuries, so typing on a very tactile physical keyboard is easier, plus fewer stray or accidental events on the touch screen causing my work to disappear. The glitches in my generation of Clicks keyboard forces me to access the virtual keyboard, defeating the purpose of a physical keyboard to get my hands away from the touchscreen, plus increases my learning curve and new short cuts to memorize. It caused enough frustration that it wasn't worth it to continue. Best Buy was very pleasant about the return. I'm grateful to Best Buy for the opportunity to work with the Clicks keyboard/iPhone case, and I look forward to Clicks' continuing improvements. I don't know how well the case stands up to accidental drops.

Take my back to my BB
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sigh, I tried to like this case. I am a heavy phone user between work and personal and almost everything is through email and longer messages. While the clicks concept is good and the two stars are because of the decent quality, it’s just awkward for a phone my size. The iPhone 16 Pro Max is pretty heavy and to have it so high up makes balance difficult. There was a tutorial on how to hold the device, but then that takes away from the speed of the typing. If this turned into a sideways keyboard where my phone is in landscape mode, you’ll have my attention.

Not for everyone, but very fun.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Clicks Keyboards overall are a misnomer in tech accessories. Its not something that everyone's going to like, but for the curios few that are looking for something to break the monotony of daily phone use, this might be something to look at! The concept of a physical keyboard on a super high-tech phone seems regressive, but if you grew up with the likes of blackberry's and LG rumors, this'll definitely kick up some nostalgia. In my experience, I personally loved how much larger (and definitely longer) it made my iPhone. The trade-off in portability for things like launching commands, being able to tinker by programming custom actions that you can trigger via keypresses in the shortcuts app, and making far less embarrassing typos that typically plague my contacts list was worth it to me. The learning curve is nothing to scoff at. I will admit, it takes a while to get used to holding your phone towards the bottom. Not to mention the thumb strength you have to re-develop to masterfully click a real key will take more time. The thing about all of that though is the experience of doing something fun. Theres so much tech out there that does the same thing, smartphones being some of the biggest offenders in the space. Things are stale right now, and Clicks is a great step in a direction i hope more manufacturers walk down, and that is; Making things fun. If you're on the fence about one of these, and you have some extra dabloons, try it out. Have patience, but more importantly, have fun.

Big case
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent case, was a bit too big to carry. The keyboard was good for usage, but had to get used to changing the keyboard to emoji.

Cool idea, but not good
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a really cool idea, but it’s just not good. The weight of the iPhone gets super weird and causes a lot of discomfort trying to balance the phone and type at the same time. The keys (and the entire case, actually) feel and sound cheap for $175 (after tax). Plus there’s the fact that it makes the iPhone so freaking long that it doesn’t fit in most of my pants pockets anymore and is just so weird to use the touchscreen: it’s too unwieldy. I will be returning.

Nice concept, poor sizing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The concept of the keyboard is spot on. For those who like to feel the keys it’s nice; however, it does make your phone super long and awkward.

The click keypad for iphone 16 promax
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an old school, and love keypads and keyboards. When I saw this, I never took second thought and purchased it instantly It made the head/ top part heavy. The keypads are tiny and I cannot type efficiently with my nails (not that long). Color wise, I love it.

Unable to Overcome Latency
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the concept and the idea of a blackberry-styled keyboard coming back to life. It felt great installed and looks great on an iPhone. That said, I could not overcome how much slower and less productive I was with it installed. There’s something that works really well about Apple’s natural inherent keyboard and its voice-to-text that makes it so much faster and more efficient to use. A wonderful tool - just not for me!

Terrible Price Point
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to my local Best Buy; saw the display for Clicks, and decided to try it out. I did minimal research on it, since the overall idea is appealing (turn your Iphone into a Blackberry) however the price point for this thing is way off. After tax it was $180. In all honesty it's just a plastic attachment, it should cost between $40 t0 $60. Now, if it doubled as something else, lets say...a power bank..maybe. But it was an impulse buy and I returned it within 2 weeks. It makes your phone also 30% longer, and taking selfies is a headache. Absolutely not worth it, and really not needed at all. I did get quite a few people that thought it was really cool, and asked what it was. But I also mentioned to them everything in this review as well. Your phone is just fine the way it is, plus you need to download the Clicks app...cool concept, but insane price point for plastic.

Needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a product my husband was very excited to get. He thought it would be easier to type and make his phone like a blackberry. However, it wasn’t as easily useable as he thought. The buttons ended up too small and it made the phone extra long and hard to manage

I wanted to love it! but.....
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This would have been a great add on to my phone if it were not for the weight of it. It's just far too heavy to hold and found my hands were quite fatigued. This definitely reminded me of the old blackberry feel but I can't see using this in my daily life. It's far too cumbersome. Let's face it folks, patience is no longer a thing!

Womderful idea… it’s just not for me
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a fan of the physicsl keyboards back in the day, (sidekick 3 being my favorite) the clicks keyboard doesn’t win me over. I wanted to love it but Its just too big for any pro Max device. The weight isn’t distributed properly, which makes it impossible to type accurately at a decent speed.

love the case when it works
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the case but the case kept disconnecting and the backlights did not work. Was unable to charge my phone plugged in and reached out to clicks tech support with no luck. Their customer service is horrible and was thankful I was still within the return period. The case itself is decent but the lack of customer service was the ultimate downfall.
