See review summary - I have a new LG HDR TV and New Lg 4K blue ray player. The DVD did not seem any better than a straight blue ray

Always loved the movie but expected a better transfer. I already owned the blu ray but was excited to see it come out in 4k and bought it again. I honestly think the regular blu ray looks better. Some scenes look good but man there are a bunch of really grainy scenes. Terrible.

This film was ok it was a little long but it is a good movie to watch when nothing else is going on.

It’s hard to imagine a boomer movie fan who wouldn’t have this in the collection.

Just to see one time! Depend if You like movie like this.

I went into this anticipating a great movie because of the hype. Was a bit disappointed.

The movie is good but I wished they would have used better lenses when they filmed it.

Space ships are legit and ufos are just the start to this films series..

Was not worth buying in 4K Ultra, not as sharp as expected.

Love this movie but I am beginning to realize that older 4K's aren't that great. As with most older 4K's this one is DARK and GRAINY (the original Ghostbuster in 4K is dark and grainy also). The regular blu ray looks a lot better! I wouldn't reccomend buying older movies on 4K.

At 40+ years old, I've known of this films existence since I was born but never got around to actually watching it. Can't say I was all that thrilled by it. I know this is considered by many to be a classic and one of Spielberg's best, but I found it plodding and dull.

The wire is thin but lightweight for a good price.

I forgot how awful this movie was, till I watched this blueRay. The disc itself is a wonderful remastering, considering the film source.......HOWEVER.....this typical Speilberg manipulation is pathetic. When we watch people bug eyed and wonderstruck, we're supposed to react with awe and emotion...NOT !!!! Two hours of stupid effects and gimmicks .....then low and behold.......a bunch of pure and innocent looking gumby dolls !! No matter that they've been abducting people for the last 60 years !! They can play notes on an organ, so everything evens out ! What a crock of emotional, manipulative, garbage.

This is the second time this year I've had problems using a BB Rewards Certificate. What should have been an easy in-and-out (2 minutes) dragged on for over 20 minutes while standing at the checkout on the phone with 888-BEST-BUY and being bumped around to 4 different departments. The cashier and manager in store were fine and polite, but an errant rewards code sent me down this rabbit hole. All quite ridiculous! For the record, CEot3K is perhaps Spielberg's greatest film.

So7bd track is thin and highly annoying. The transfer is average.

A little dated. Really like this movie when it came out but watching her today it’s a little old.
