    The chair was easy to assemble. It is lightweight but sturdy. The seat is comfortable. Like that the armrest lift. Fits well with my desk.

    My wife needed a good yet relatively inexpensive office chair for a crafting chair. This pink chair is perfect. She’s short so needed a chair that would adjust down in seat height to accommodate her as most chairs sit higher. Perfect for a home office. The flip up armrests are very nice to have.

    So far this office chair is excellent. I have no complaints with its quality and features. Assembly was fast and easy and I like that it came with extra screws just in case.

    This chair was priced well and had all the features I was interested in. Through no fault of Best Buy or the Marketplace seller GTPLAYER two similar chairs arrived as gifts and this one needed to be returned. Best Buy refused to return it in store per the stated Marketplace policy and the seller would not take the return back without charging for shipping (also against Marketplace policy). I would not purchase this or any products from GTPLAYER but look for them from another provider. Best Buy service has been difficult since changing their policies with Marketplace sellers.

    Requested to return initiated but was not contacted by the seller with instructions on returning product. Selected the contact seller button and reached out but still no response. I would not recommend using this seller nor will I ever recommend this product. Worst experience ever. Now I have a chair that was never opened as a gift that I cannot use. Horrible
