    My wife needed a good yet relatively inexpensive office chair for a crafting chair. This pink chair is perfect. She’s short so needed a chair that would adjust down in seat height to accommodate her as most chairs sit higher. Perfect for a home office. The flip up armrests are very nice to have.

    Decent chair for the price. The cushion could be a bit more supportive in the seat, but the design of the chair is great and it is easy to put together.

    I like that it’s small and fits into tight spaces. The armrests folding all the way up is a plus. The cushion and seat back are a bit too soft and don’t offer enough support. The armrests feel cheap and hollow. Assembly took two people about an hour.

    This chair was priced well and had all the features I was interested in. Through no fault of Best Buy or the Marketplace seller GTPLAYER two similar chairs arrived as gifts and this one needed to be returned. Best Buy refused to return it in store per the stated Marketplace policy and the seller would not take the return back without charging for shipping (also against Marketplace policy). I would not purchase this or any products from GTPLAYER but look for them from another provider. Best Buy service has been difficult since changing their policies with Marketplace sellers.
