You can get it set up and running in no time. It runs quietly and performs without a hitch. I'm thinking of buying another for my daughter.

Issues resolved but took awhile

Also had issues with the second rig i got due to the motherboard being damaged during setup or construction of the device. Has been working fine. 2.0 USB are essentially useless for gaming. Dont know why they had them installed if you cant really use them.

We regret that the original system had a hardware issue that only first expressed itself after transit. We do of course try to minimize such occurrences, by using reliable and durable components, and robust packaging when shipping. However, whether due to the stresses of transit or other reasons, there are always those rare times when something goes slightly awry. When that happens - as you have seen - we are happy to stand behind our product and remedy the issue.
With regard to the software issues, our Support Team member was glad to assist you with the driver and settings, to get everything up and running in your network environment.
As to the USB 2.0 ports, there is nothing wrong with them and they are well suited for use by many peripherals and accessory devices, they simply aren't as fast as USB 3.x ports, which is why the mouse performed more smoothly for gaming, once we assisted you in connecting it to one of the latter.

W addition to my setup

It runs all my games at 240hz even gpu heavy games like COD and R6. I recommend this computer for anyone who is looking for a reliable computer.

nice set up for gamers

We had just bought new monitors too. Together the graphics are amazing and product runs smoothly. Had a technical issue but called their tech line and the support was very nice and fixed the issue. Recommend highly.

Beast

This thing is a beast. We are a family of gamers. We got this one for my wife who is a photographer. Lots of photo and video editing. She now has the most powerful rig in the house.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the Computer arrived it ran slowly and was laggy, found that it had a M.2 Ssd, however the builers put the OS on the standard HDD, had to wipe the system and reinstall windows on the proper drive and also active the XMP profile for performance, and the RTX4060 was extremely underwhelming

not worth it

Sent in to be fixed , was sent a new one just to have the same issues within the same time frame of having the pc.
