You pay a premium but I Love the PC the parts and build quality! Had to figure some stuff out on my own after setup but that should be expected with a prebuilt or any PC! First off the quality of the build is phenomenal. I dont just mean the parts. They are very good and all brand name parts as well. What I mean is build quality is great. You can tell they didnt just slap this thing together! the wiring on mine is professionally done and super neat unlike my sons NZXT prebuilt and and my previous Cyberpoweror my previous CyberPower. CLX builds these right! ? First the parts on mine: GPU = Zotac RTX 5080 Solid OC (Phenomenal) CPU = AMD Ryzen 9800X3D (Phenomenal) RAM = T-Force 5600 (Meh but more than sufficient) Motherboard = ASrock X870 Pro RS Wifi (Great Mobo just not expensive but has every feature you want including wifi 7and RGB if thats your thing) PSU - MSI MAG 850w ( Very Solid) Case = Phanteks XT view (Looks phenomenal in person) CLX hardware = RGB FANS (which are great) connected to Gamdius/CLX fan controller. As well as CLX Quench 360 AIO (I cant speak to its reliability but its quiet and does a really good job so far with CPU temps! The PC is beautiful and I got it before the price went up a few hundred $ but if you want a quality prebuilt done right this is it! You will pay a premium but certain brands are cheaper for a reason! I've had other brands and was not satisfied with the parts or quality at all ! I am completely satisfied with this prebuilt. The fans (except the AIO) out of the box are controlled solely by the fan controller and with the remote control. It keeps the system running very cool but I wanted it a little more quiet and not to have to adjust fans with a remote. This was accomplished by updating to the latest motherboard bios (which you will want to do anyway) and by implementing a fan profile which the update does automatically and then you can adjust the fan profile in the bios or with software from the motherboard manufacturer. You will still be able to use the fan controller as well at will if needed or when you want which I actually like. To further follow up and share important info the PC was shipped with the default bios for the motherboard. You will want to update the bios to get the full features of the 9800X3D CPU it comes with. Features have been added since launch and the default bios of this motherboard limits your brand new CPU which you dont want and there are some important other additions/features you want and need in the newer bios versions. I do wish they sent these out with a newer bios but updating it is something all gaming pc users should get used to. Other than that I love this PC and feel it was a great purchase full of quality parts and workmanship. A little pricier than the cheaper pump them out at all costs brands but well worth a few hundred dollars more in my opinion. This is the second CLX I have purchased and their customer/tech support has been phenomenal as well which is important as well. Hope this helps with your purchase decision. I feel great about mine!

First time ever trying CLX, and I must say they knocked the ball out of the park with this one! From the moment I fired it up, I could tell this was a whole new level of performance. The components are top-notch (as other reviewers have already listed—sorry for being too lazy to do it again), but the real magic is in how flawlessly they work together. Going from a 9700K/3070 Ti to a 9800X3D/5080 is like night and day. I always thought my old PC gaming experience was smooth, but wow—I was so wrong. Even when running at 60fps, this rig makes it feel like it’s pushing far beyond that. The fluidity and responsiveness are unreal, making every movement buttery smooth. To pair with it, I grabbed the ROG Strix XG27WCS 1440p Curved Gaming Monitor, and HOLY S%#T! I’ve been completely blown away for the last two days. I was always skeptical about going beyond 1080p, but this monitor has made me a believer. The colors are insanely vibrant, the details are razor-sharp, and the immersion from the curved display makes every game feel larger-than-life. Whether you’re gaming, streaming, or pushing your rig with intensive tasks, this CLX build handles it all effortlessly. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading or trying CLX, take the leap—you won’t regret it. This setup has genuinely redefined my gaming experience, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Took about 6 days longer to arrive to BB then what date I was given when I ordered it, but I don't blame BB for that. It is extremely quiet, loads fast, all games I've thrown at it run great with great FPS with the 5080. I bought some Corsair RAM to replace the ram that came with the system, specifically CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz C30 AMD EXPO & Intel XMP UDIMM Desktop Memory - Gray, and I bought a WD_BLACK 8TB SN850X NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 7,200 MB/s - WDS800T2X0E to add to the system, since it only came with a 2TB SSD. Geek Squad did all the work when it arrived, and it was ready for pick up later that afternoon. The system runs quiet, even when gaming at max settings, temps run fine, I really am happy with this purchase. Would definitely recommend this system and Geek Squad to anyone that is not 100% comfortable with opening up a brand new PC and adding and replacing parts, they did a great job!

I figured it was the right time to treat myself to my dream gaming. After researching all my options I decided that this PC was my best option. Now that I've been enjoying the PC for over a week now, I'm so glad that I bought it. It just does everything great, and the build quality is superb! I also contacted CLX customer support for assistance with adding an SSD and Ram. The customer support is also impressive and determined to sort out any issues you may encounter. I highly recommend this PC for all die hard gamers.

This was an excellent choice for me the cpu and gpu are are a great combo and all of the game run smoothly. This prebuilt is astonishing and it will last for years to come..

For my first ever tower pc (previously console+gaming laptops) this is incredible. In 1440p everything runs 120-240+ FPS on ultra settings. Build quality is great, good power supply, great I/O on the MSI motherboard and was easy to just plug in update drivers/etc. quickly and get started. E-waste bundled MnK are probably the only gripe I have. Price is high but it feels very premium. (play Metaphor)

Excellent PC. I usually build my own computers, but with the ongoing GPU shortage I kept at the chance to purchase this as it had a few critical components. It came with a Asrovk x870 pro WiFi plus, a 850W MSI MAG PSU, a ZOTAC OC 5080, among other things. I ended up swapping out the RAM for 64GB Corsair 6000mhz, which the motherboard handles beautifully. My only issue was the pre-installed fans, which worked for about 30 minutes before I had issues with the LEDs, fans not spinning, remote not working, etc. I replaced all the fans (which have a proprietary cable connected to a fan hub, so be aware of that) with all new fans with standard cables. The difference in sound was night and day, so if you have experience with PCs, I’d recommend that. Luckily it was very easy to do because the cable management was excellent. Overall a great choice for a prebuilt PC if you can get it for a decent price.

Got pc when it was cheaper really just wanted the pc for parts to build my pc could get my hand on 5080 and 9800x3d. Had to wait extra couple days due to holiday but im happy with pc everything works great the frame rate on cod is crazy. pic for Just hate windows 11.

When it first came in the fans were not working properly, CLX tech support was very helpful and talked me through the trouble shooting on the phone. 15 mins later I had no more issues and have loved every second of this PC! Huge upgrade from what I had, it tackles every thing I throw at it with zero problems

The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the price. Very happy with the performance 100fps on Bloom, 300+ in space, 4k max graphics, on Star Citizen. You pay a little more… but for me it was worth it to bypass the wait.

The is the best upgrade i could have asked for ! The computer has made me happy at every turn. The games have always ran extremely smooth and i wish i would have updated sooner.

Thing is a beast. It meets all my gaming needs plus some and has set me up for the future. Little to know pre build fodder on the system. I’ve been able to download and rock any present day game. It was late for delivery by several days but understandable considering the difficulty of getting the card. Mine came with a PNY 5080 which I am grateful to have received. I wanted to build my own but going prebuilt was the only way I could enter the market as I had no interest in buying older generation of cards. Haven’t dabbled in overclocking yet but it seems there is a ton of room on the card to do so.

It's been an amazing upgrade and can play all of my AAA games above 60 FPS on my 4k/49" monitor. The one flaw is fan noise, but that hasn't been an issue for me with noise canceling headphones.

Don’t usually write reviews but this pc has been great if you have the money for it and don’t plan on building your own pc then you’ll definitely be very happy with this

Terrible not even after a month of having it, it randomly goes into recovery mode and goes into an endless loop and had to reset my entire windows and lose all my data and now I’m even having problems after I fix it.

This PC was a waste of money. Constantly freezes up and black screens. Do not buy this PC

I walked away from this pirchase quite apprehensive after ourchasing worrying about quality of parts outside of the losted gpu/cpu. I had read some reviews which detailed poor experiences from clx. I can say this machine shipped with a solid quality motherboard asrock x870 pro wifi plus, 2 sticks of viper ddr5 16 gb ram, and solid fans. This pc was setup perfectly out of the box and had no issues with fans adjusting as they should to meet rising temps. Those who may be worried about purchasing a prebuilt, i can tell you this is a great deal for the new 50 series and blew away my expectations after doing months of research. No heating issues and was ready for my 4k ultra tests in cyber punk all the way to morr competitive fps games like rivals. Last thing ill say is its whisper quiet. Well done clx, i will be looking for this group for future pcs.

Just got it today. Here's my opinion in the current market you can build a PC for cheaper than what this PC cost if you can get the parts. However, if you want to skip that and don't mind waiting then this isn't bad deal if you are willing to pay a premium. I got a decent brand GPU, good mobo, good PSU with crappy ram that does run at 5600mhz. Only big complaint is the wait and the fans are controlled by a remote in stock settings.
