Purchased main console, 3 additional extension consoles, and a cordless handset. Easy setup, great quality full duplex sound, excellent connectivity, and seamless integration to other extensions with music on hold a great addition with auto reminder of on hold calls.

This works great for home office needs. If you happen to have multiple lines it can cover that. What I used most are the speed dial numbers which let me program numbers into them. Very easy phone to use and the speakerphone has great sound!

Quick and easy to connect the extension sets to the base, lots of nice features. Like other reviewers, the hardest part of using this phone is getting used to needing to select a line before lifting the handset and not accidentally putting an empty line on hold when you switch over. Otherwise it is working out well so far for our 2 doctor practice.

we have a small business and these phone work great . much more affordable from the Panasonic that cost us over $5,000.00.these are great phone and have very nice useful features.

this phone works well in the office everything no issue switching over or connect other phones without static.

The VTech - CM18245 Extension Deskset synced seamlessly with our existing V-Tech phone system. The phone is easy to set up and fairly user friendly to program.

For the cost of buying the base unit that comes with the small cordless handsets you can own this system for less.

JUST AN AWESOME PART OF OUR BUSINESS SETUP. PHONES ARE EASY TO LINK AND SETUP AND USE. WISH THEY HAD SOMETHING FOR INDIVIDUAL VOICEMAIL.
