Good system for the price

Range is shorter than advertised but still very good. Clear voice transmission, ring feature is great, and the 3rd radio in the pack is very useful. Also it has a dual usb charger cable which was also very nice.

They work / need base station

While the USB charger works fine, if they had a base station charging solution, that would be better since when you unplug one, they all fall over because the cable connects to multiple and the port is in the top.
