Good in house or around house use for kids to play. Tried to check how far the reception range going to be, only a mile away we have lost contact to each other. Doesn’t cover 25 miles range as promised.

Great price for the sistance they can work. I just used tem over a lake, and there was about 40 Km

Bought it for communicating on a road trip with friends and they worked great they have good range.

Decent 2-way radios, i can get a little over a mile in dense housing/populated areas (within rural city). Slight elevation changes and cant get it to 2 miles. Kinda disappointing on the advertised distance, yet i know these conditions for maximum range are open fields, over water, etc. I gave these a 3 out of 5 due to cost ($50), came with 3 (another plus) and rechargable batteries with a micro usb cable to charge 2 at once. We use this just to keep track of the kids around the neighborhood and it does fine just with that. Would i solely rely on these for a primary way communication, maybe/maybe not. They do what they are intended to do. I would buy these again no questions asked. Good for a solid 1-1.25 miles range.

I purchased these radios for our church teachers student parent pickup time. The product is easy to use and recharge.

We used on cruise ship and was getting static and calls off of crews walkie talkies.. and sometimes was calling others and nothing came thru..switched multiple channels.. was better than no contact though..so reason for 4 stars

These work great for keeping up with my kids at the fair or crowded place. We also use them at home when they are outside.

So we took these on a family trip where we had multiple cars. They were perfect. However in the city I cannot go very far before they do not work anylonger however im sure if I played with some settings i could get them to reach farther.

Battery doesn’t last long. Nice and light to Cary around. Once battery life is extended and range is better this will be top notch
