Handy item for cruise vacation

With the sub- channels, we were able to communicate with our two teenagers fairly well. Not like having cell service, but still okay.

Good For Camping and Home Use

Use it while we are doing chores and outside riding bicycles and even when we are traveling in two different vehicles.

It’s ok

Mostly farmland around me so there’s not too many obstructions. We use them for my kids when they go over to their friends house and if they are in their friends house one block down the street it still isn’t very good reception. I’m thinking about returning them but we’ll see

Great radios for the price

So far they have worked really well with very minimum interference. The battery life is very good. The fact that they come in a pack of 3 units is very good as this is just what we needed.

The distance these things could go was very impressive. We were able to talk to each other even if we got separated. Was significantly easier than having a group call the entire drive.

The camp is in a location with extremely limited phone coverage if any at all exist. We have purchased 4 sets of these and they are a great work horse for our purposes.
