In terms of picture quality it is the best movie to show to everyone when you are bragging about 4K media content, because the colors are vivid. Story is also good and like any pixar movie you will cry....and again and again. Just bring a tissue. This movie its a gift to Mexican culture seriously this movie blows away "The Book of Life". In conclusion if you are looking for a great movie to watch with the family than this one is the one to watch bluray is also beautiful to look at. But if you have a 4K set up. Then buy this edition. Also did I forget that you will cry. I promise i am not kidding.

Despite his family's generations-old ban on music, young Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol Ernesto de la Cruz. This is Pixar at their very best, a warm touching story that remains true to the Spanish/Latin culture it shows! I love how they focused on the importance of family and the effect that one generation has on others. Great story, terrific voice acting and possibly some of the most beautiful animation regarding the Mexican Day of the Dead celebrations you will ever see. This will become a Halloween classic for my family for sure! This is an excellent movie and definitely worth watching! My only wish and recommendation would be to make this movie available in Spanish.

When this movie came out in theaters I had no interest in watching, then everyone kept telling me how good it was and that it's guaranteed to make you cry. I took the challenge and went to watch it. I got to say, everyone was right. This is such a good movie with touching moments that almost made me tear up, I fought it hard. I jumped at the chance to own this movie as soon as it came out and don't regret it one bit. I bought the 4K version and the picture quality is amazing. Sound is spot on as well, though I only listened in dolby digital as I don't yet own Dolby Atmos speakers.

Not Pixar's best but still very enjoyable. Story was good, animation was amazing. Music was good, but not amazing. Extras were good.

It's fun movie with nice music but you may need to prepared to have some discussions with your kids about death during or after the movie.

LOVE THIS MOVIE. ITS A MUST WATCH for the whole family. Kids will want to rewatch this movie a thousand times. The singing parts of this movie are great. Love the animations and color scheme that was chosen for this movie. Overall I would say you have to watch this movie in order to understand why so many love it.

When I first saw the trailer for this film I was not very impressed but went to see it anyway and I was so glad that I did. This is a very emotional and heart-felt story about finding your own way and about the bonds that are made with family. It has wonderful CGI, amazing voice acting, beautiful songs, and it will capture your imagination throughout the film. If you haven't seen it yet, now is the time. As for the steelbook version, I love the design of the steelbook but no additional features are provided aside from the collectible case.

I loved Coco, and I give Disney credit for doing the research they did to create an authentic movie that deals with the beautiful feast of Day of the Dead. The plot is well written and gives insights to the whole festival. The songs are charming, and delivered with much gusto, exactly as the Mexican heritage would have done. Please note I got my copy before they added more instrumental music, so yours may or may not reflect that.

I loved this movie. It was endearing, visually appealing and had a great underlying story and message It really brought home the importance of extended familial relationships in the Mexican culture. When they talk about it taking a village, to me they were talking about Mexican/Latin families. I bought this soon after it was released and it is one of my favorite animated movies. It's great to see a Mexican based animated movie from Disney and Pixar. I'd love to see more!

We didn't have high expectations for this movie, but fell in love with it. Great story, fun music and entertaining characters!

Not quite at the same level as I expected from Pixar... but still a great movie. The steelbook case is graphically beautiful.

It was a good watch for all the family members. Typical Disney storytelling style. Adults & kids alike enjoyed the movie

I felt it was kinda predictable, but hey it’s a family movie. Overall, a good idea for a movie with some great visuals.

First of all, in my opinion this is the second best Pixar movie ever(Wall-e #1). The movie is a must watch, so I will jump into the review of the 4K copy. I have C6 oled attached to atmos SJ9 soundbar and Xbox one x. The movie looks stunning. The picture quality is amazing and the blacks are the best I've seen on the C6 screen. The atmos audio was OK, not much different from dolby 5.1, but that could be my SJ9 soundbar. It also comes with regular blu-ray and a digital copy. Redeem it on itunes and you can stream it in 4K.

I make it a point to buy every Pixar release on Steelbook. Best Buy exclusive Steelbooks cater to that goal.

This movie is extremely well-written with some heavy themes (life/death, importance of family, pursuing your dreams), but it does so in a way that is humorous and light-hearted. Some kids may get scared by the skeletons. Our boy (18mo) loves it. It has great music. You don’t have to know Spanish to enjoy the movie, but it does help catch a little extra of the dialogue. My favorite thing is there is not a single curse word in the movie. Rare to find these days even in animated movies.

An excellent movie on every department: the animation is superb, expressive and highly detailed, the soundtrack is amazing, the story is not only very well done but also respectful to Mexican culture If you haven't watched it, buy this, since it also has extras that really let's you know how much love was put into this movie.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my niece and she wanted to watch it right away. Great movie

Its a fun and funny movie for kids. Just dont play some music or abuela will spank u with her flipflops
