Traditional shoot em up with a twist that the films protagonist is not only female, but an anti hero at the same time

I enjoyed this movie. I was great to see Zoe in a film not being the pretty girl or the dancer!

Check out Salt or Hanna for better scripts. The revenge assassin movie has been done many times.

I add it to my collection due to the sale price, movie is not great, but I've seen worse.

Took a chance on this one and bought it without knowing anything about it. This movie is killer and fun to watch. Very close to "The Professional" with whats her name in it. The difference is that the whats her name in the Colombiana is the real deal. Don't read the critics on this one, just go get it / word...

Living a happy, normal life, a ten year-old girl named Cataleya (played as an adult by Zoe Saldana) narrowly escapes execution at the hands of the same men who’d already murdered her parents. After escaping, she goes on an epic (at least for a ten year-old traveling alone) journey. Finally ending at her uncle’s home in America. Her uncle asks the young girl what she wishes to be when she grows up and she says an assassin. After initially trying to dissuade her from this course of action, he offers instruction. There’s nothing earth-shattering here. There’s barely a narrative here. It’s basically the human equivalent of two trains colliding on a track at full-speed. I admit, I enjoyed it. Having said that, it’s a popcorn movie, or it would be if I still ate popcorn. Action sequences, fight sequences, and explosions. If that’s not your thing, skip this one. If it is, you’ll probably like it a lot.

If you like action and revenge this is the movie. At first I was skeptical that Zoe Saldana could carry this movie as a lone hit woman even though I've seen her in other stuff. She handled her business and this turned out to be a pretty good movie.

I liked everything about this movie. From the plot to the action scenes. I'd bee wanting to watch it before it came out and them I forgot about it. So I went to Best Buy and got a great deal on it. I usually don't buy movie but this one I know will be watched over and over again.

I got this with the Upgrade & Save offer for $5. Well worth it. Tons actions, main character was really into her role. Shown even a female can accomplish anything one dedicated to. Heartfelt, saw it in theater and again on Blu-ray. Love to own it

Saw this movie when it first came out. Look at it a coulpe of times not the right price yhis was excellent. Zoe Saldana kixls so serious but in this movie. all the actors are outstanding. a great action movie

This is a pretty tense movie at times. It's got a pretty good plot to it. Most people will enjoy this. While it may not be a movie you can't get enough of, you should definitely watch it at least once.
