Great inspirational movie for anyone that is looking to overcome a challenge. Focuses on criminal behavior so great to use for at risk population or in a prison/detention. Touches on gangs, criminal behavior and making changes that are tough. A positive and clear cut message in the midst of movies that have murky values and difficult to read messages. A little emotional, but even the hardest client was captivated and watched it until the end.

Watch it. Classic film about the gangs and police relations in LA. I wouldn't say it's the realist depiction of the life but it definitely will shed some light for you if you're not familiar.

What can I say. This was a fine directors cut of the classic film Colors. This is my first time seeing the extra and extended footage. And it's great. A must have for fans.

This is Sean Penn's best movie that he did by far! And the realism of the various gangs in the streets as he and Robert Duvall patrolled the streets is very scary!

Good 80's movie to watch more than once, so I bought it. Good actors not unrealistic. I had it on VHS, but my VCR quit working so I bought this Bluray.
