    It's been 2 months and it still isn't done. The latest visit they brought the wrong item. They installed the trim in the morning and it fell off and hit a guest that evening. The good news is that she wasn't hurt. They won't be back for another month with the replacement parts.

    The third party the did the installation was not good. They showed up unprepared by not having anything to protect the floor so they said I had to re-schedule the installation for a minimum of one week later. This caused be significant problems and delays because this was new home construction. And then to top it off, they left the all the packing material which I was told they are supposed to take with them.

    fridge is better than my expectation, however, installation cannot be appreciated. it was installed not straight. the edge trims of both upper end are curved in. and, the upper end is not only not level, but, also showing large gap between cabinet and the trim. not acceptable installation. someone is to come back to correct it.

    The 3rd party delivery company is terrible. Didn’t show when they were supposed to (came early) and then left after waiting 2 minutes. Spoke to the driver who was very rude and clearly wasn’t inclined to provide any service whatsoever. Very frustrating experience.
