We had to buy our compression fittings from Ace hardware store to connect compression fitting, a type of coupling used to connect two pipes or a pipe to a fixture or valve. The compression ring had to be replaced with a plastic one and the compression seat how to insert a metal tubing inside a plastic hose so we would not collapse.

Best Buy has top notch delivery people. I highly recommend their service.

Condenser pan had water and one of the lift wheels on unit does not work

Horrible. Paid Best Buy a lot of money to have appliances installed and their contractor has tried twice to install fridge-freezers columns correctly and have not been able to do it. In addition, they are either late or miss appointments without notifying us.

Service representatives were not bale to fix the issue. As a matter of fact, they didn’t try. Told me it was a liability issue with the original installation company, which is the same thing the previous Geek Squad representative told me.

Brand new refrigerator freezing everything. We are waiting for our replacement refrigerator which we were told would be delivered in April. Until then, repair person said many things missing from the refrigerator that was delivered

The service people filled out their own survey. They did not hook up water line. We had to pull ou the fridge after they left and do it ourselves. They left the stickers on. They were rude

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Never buy a built in refrigerator from Best Buy. The installers have no idea what they are doing. After having them out 2X with horrible results, I needed to hire my own installer.

Refrigerator is fine but Best Buy’s installation team is very disappointing. They didn’t install item properly. For this level of fridge I would expect more.

The fridge part of the refrigerator stopped working on after 1 month, so was not happy with it bestbuy is replacing it

Awful experience. Best Buy does not provide certified installer for Thermador product. Thermador product itself is great but the installation sucks. Installer was unable to install all the parts properly.

multiple visits (8) by different crews over the last few months. The crew was either not qualified for this task or no show. this is absolutely unacceptable

The technician is not professinal, and they could not complete the service, then they just left without any mention.

Unsatisfied with installation; Wrong crew originally showed up and next time crew was inexperienced for my model and they failed to complete the install.

Not sure how they installed it since I'm still waiting to get it delivered despite several attempts to schedule it. Extremely frustrating.

This was not successful and after three attempts the refrigerator will have to be returned.

The technicians didn't know how to hook up the ice maker with the parts that came with the refrigerator; my husband tried to explain but they ordered another part that we didn't need.

You charged me twice for a service I canceled! When I ordered the service your company refused to honor service! Never will use geek squad again!!

Cancelled first two scheduled installs because it would not "fit" on truck. 1st time installing built in. Still not level, trim pieces thrown away.
