Installation team ruined my appliances

Now I’m still waiting for Best Buy to do what they said they would and replace them both but nothing. They don’t even return phone messages. Terrible.

Later they call and said their not coming back. You can ask the man that call me why he decided not to install it.

For the second time, BestBuy sent a team that said, ‘we cannot do this because a special crew is needed for a built-in refrigerator The first contact from the company insisted they had not made a mistake to the point of rudeness, despite having told them where to find the order in my order history.
