After the first guy canceled my install I had to go to two others stores before I could get it done the install was done on time I did notice some background noise that wasn’t expected

Terribly rude and confrontational technician named Herve. The manager made him do the install of my Bavsound speakers after seeing I was an ElitePlus member and BestBuy credit card holder. I should of just left after the initial interaction but I had driven 3 hours for the appointment and gotten the babysitter to pick up my kid from school that day. After all the negative energy and not wanting to do the install, he splices my rear speaker wires after not finding the plug and play harness and they didn't work. I look in the box and find it immediately. The wires were shot at this point and my rear speakers sound awful. He refused to read the instructions or watch the YouTube video. Instead of saying he made a mistake, he blamed it on the speakers. Completely incapable of taking responsibility. My 6 year old has more accountability than him. I don't understand how a Plug and Play speaker job which should of been striaght forward turned into such a waste of 5 hours and I only have my front speakers working. This experience has me seriously reevaluating my relationship with Best Buy.

I had an appointment set. I got a message that my speakers had been delayed. I called Bestbuy as was suggested and had to leave a message, I asked to be called back. That didn't happen. I show up for my appointment after receiving delivery confirmation ,only to be told my appointment was canceled. I never canceled the appointment they assumed that was what I wanted. If they had called me as requested this wouldn't have happened. They got installed 2 hours later.

Install was alright but they screwed something up so the tweeters didnt work. Went elsewhere to fix that

The installer did a good job, but installed the amplifiers where I cannot reach the amplifier adjustments. They should've been installed in a reverse fasion

the installers at this store is amazing! Unfortunately the company charges a hefty price for installing components speakers.

It was good service techs who tried to help but still had sound issues

I had door speakers installed and some of the door panel clips were missing I would double-check their work

2/1/2 hour first install screwed up had to replace tweeter dash tweeter screen that he spread glue on had to reorder waited 2 days for part tweeter fell out 1 1/2 to replace sloppy work

Was pleased with the quickness and the niceness of the job done. Thought the installation was a little high for the back speakers but overall satisfied.

I had to go in store after they couldn’t complete the order for weeks. That store didn’t do installations. Got hung up on, transferred a million times, and went back in the store to get the refund. Got it, and waited in line for geek squad and everyone was busy but one person and that person was on Instagram. I just left and watched a YouTube video to do it myself.

My speaker went out on me the next day and Best Buy is giving me the run around to fix it

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Made appointments to have speakers fixed that were installed there and they would say they didn’t have time. This happened multiple times and took weeks to wait for a time. I can’t stress enough how much I would not recommend getting this service done here. Had to get the the GM involved and he basically said it was my fault. So rude!

I would not recommend. Unfortunately my speakers were not installed properly. The screws rattle loose within 1 day. It had to be replaced with bigger ones.

Installation was quick and easy . Price was a little high.

It took 2 appmnts to figure out how they were gonna install it. No employees talk to each other, I’ve had 3 remotes starters installed, and a car amp, & this was the worst experience ever. Will never come back.
