    I’ve called 3 times to the store about my appointment, I was told I would get everything installed the same day then the day comes and I needed to make another appointment for my subwoofer. I didn’t pay half for half a job and I was lied to about the tech leaving early on my appointment and that same day they had supposedly 3 cars to do and couldn’t install my subwoofer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF TO TAKE MY CAR TO GET DONE!

    Always had good luck with my BB installs except this time. The rookie installer jacked it up bad and I've had to clean up his work. The amp was not grounded properly and has a lot of engine noise and the component speakers install located the crossover to close to power cables. Unfortunately BB has only a few locations setup for install anymore and they are all booked months in advance. Too hard to get back in to get things fixed.

    The car audio department ordered speakers for my front door. Had an apartment next Saturday got up drove an hour to my appointment to find out they couldnt mount them without an adjustment which they should had callled or texted me about. Instead i had to have it delivered another week after the fact. Im q card holder and was very unhappy i had 100s prior from them installed stuff.

    I was not helped and never received my installation. I was there on time. I waited over an hour to pick up my order which originally I was told would only take 15 minutes. Do I was late for my installation. Keep in mind I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. And was turned away. I've tried to setup another appointment but am having issues as now I have to pay for an installation that I never received

    Install took all day and was done poorly. only one of two speakers had any output and the other was rattling. I had to return another day for Install to be corrected.

    The door panel was not re-installed correctly

    When they removed the door panel to install the speaker they did not re-attach it correctly. They lost screws that would attach it properly, so I am now waiting for the screws to come in. (special order.) This was a brand new door installed in June of 2019 due to an accident. The panel was attached at that time with new hardware. Now I must spend more money to ensure that the panel is installed correctly.

    Radio Installers are Lazy

    I waited for 30 days for my appt and the day before the appt. The installer informed me that he did not wanted to do the job and was going to send me to another that was miles away from location. So, basically I was forced to cancel the whole installation due to a lazy installer

    I had a horrible experience and refuse to explain everything again. Ihave explained this situation several times and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I will not be doing any business with best buy in the future.

    I can't believe these people are still employed with best buy because they are terrible people who doesn't want to do the job at hand. Very sad the quality of persons employed there.

    Install of amp and component speakers to be done at one location then told all installers quit and moved me to a store 40 miles away to then go back 3 times to get everything completed and never once offered a apology or a discount on services. Absolutely ridiculous ordeal.

    My rear view camera is not longer viewable, it was fine before I went in there, their excuse is my camera is old, How did it get old in 3 hours? I am not happy at all, I will get my camera fixed and never go there again!

    Speakers work great but door panels put on wrong. Salesman. Said was gonna order and replace broken door handle but didn't call me back as agreed on.

    I Paid Membership For Geek Squad “Free” Installation But As You Can See I Had To Pay Additional For This Installion . So Did I Really Paid For “ Free” Installation Or Did I Paid For A Reduce Price ?
