Mike - at the Oswego IL Best Buy - installed the complete car audio system (JVC head unit, front and rear JBL speakers, four-channel JBL amp and complete sound dampening treatment) in my 350Z Nismo (aka "my baby") and I could not be happier with the results. I'm very glad I made a leap of faith to trust Mike with the care of my vehicle during an audio installation. A LOT of irreparable damage to a car CAN go wrong when installing an audio system - but in Mike's professional hands, the installation looks like it was done at the Nissan factory, and the system SOUNDS incredible. Two thumbs way up!

I had a pair of 6.5" component speakers put into my vehicle. I researched and found some speaker adapters to fit my car. Best Buy was not able to order these for me, so I brought them with to have them install. The nice thing about Best Buy is that they allow you to purchase anything you need installed outside of Best Buy, and they will back it. The adapters I found were praised by the install bay as being high quality, and they were very happy to install them for me. The speakers sound great and the install went perfect!

I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

Wasn't sure about this purchase at first but I went with the Salesperson's recommendation. For sure the right choice, money well spent. The installation was quick and easy with professional results. The Technician's were great!

Best Buy's car stereo shop at the Mission Valley store are the best. Wouldn't trust anyone else to install car audio in my car. They've done my last two cars and the work is always top-notch -- no mistakes, nothing out of place, nothing rattling in the dash when they're done (like some of my friend's installs from other shops) -- they're the best!

The Geek squad team walked me through what they were doing and showed me the adjustments and settings. It was installed quickly and their settings were optimum. Very happy with the install and the pricing.

The installers @Puyallup were great. Gave great guidance on what i needed to replace the blown out speakers in my bmw and they completed the install for much less than what it would've cost me elsewhere. Thanks!

Im building my stereo in my Suburban slowly due to not having enough funds. My Best Buy installer Nick is very knowledgeable on the products he installes and has great advice on what upgrade i need next for great sound. He hasn't dissapointed me yet.....

After calling several BB locations in a 200 mile radius, we felt the person at the Hickory, NC location was the most knowledgeable and flexible, so an appointment was made there. This turned out to be a very good decision as the installation was complicated on an older vehicle. The installation person walked us thru our options, pros / cons, and completed the services within the window of time he committed to. We had confidence in both his knowledge and his work. He did an excellent job!

Techs were awesome and the install was smooth and clean.

The professional of the Geek Squad at Best Buy did an excellent job with my recent stereo upgrade. They took their time and did a great job. They even cleaned up very well. I was very impressed.

Speakers work good but I need a better amplifier to get the best out of them. It was not an easy installation due to the depth size of the speakers and crossovers but the installer put a lot of work into it. I appreciated all of the efforts and time auto tech guys spent working on my car.

The installer was not only helpful and professional, but he also put up with my shortness because they sold me the wrong speaker. He took it on the chin and didn't react or treat me poorly, even though it was not his fault. Class act and an awesome asset to your company. Wish I could do 6 stars.

Great service and the new speakers sound great. The tech even fit my tweeters in while keeping the car door look stock still. very impressed

I upgraded my stock speakers with JBLs. Definite sound improvement (recently self installed Alpine power pack - which made the speaker upgrade much more pronounced). My only minor complaint is that the speaker mount material that I purchased was not all used as there wasnt enough to do the full back doors- I did get a refund, but would have probably bought more to have it all done at once). Overall very satisfied.

I wanted to improve the sound for my Factory installed radio (BMW X1) and spoke with Chris at Best Buy Installation. He suggested the best speakers for my configuration and then did an exceptional job installing them. Took less time than I thought and they sound incredible. Great Work - can't even tell they were not installed by the factory until you turn them on - then WOW!

Installed speakers in my truck and they sound great, I would recommend you using them.

Technician did an excellent job getting full system installed in the time they gave him. Only issue we had was the timing on getting an OPEN Appt -- once set up and at Best Buy --very, very happy. Technician cleaned everything up and the sound is very good. Son is happy with his car stereo.
