The sales person sold me some items I really didn't need for the install. The installer kept the items in the package and helped me return them for a refund!! He could put the items back on the shelf and never told me. Clean job with very nice staff

Every time I've used the car audio installers at Bestbuy I've been happy. I don't know about other stores, but my store (Vero Beach) has the best, and most helpful, car audio installer I've ever dealt with.

I had Infinity 6 1/2's installed and the audio installer suggested they go in the back doors. I have a 9 speaker sound system already with Pioneer 6 1/2's that are decent but tech recommended the component Infinitys would be a significant upgrade. They were not and the price out the door with this and the SUB upgrade I did before was such a small increase in volume and clarity. It sounds good just not good enough for the price without it being much louder than the upgraded factory system I had before. Wish they would've taken more time diagnosing and seeing if the purchases really would help.

Installation is expensive so high quality experience is what I wanted and I got it. Install was great and look like factory install, these guys know what you need and what you don't.

I was attracted to the changing colors on the faceplate (and cannot replicate it). There was no question that a Sony would be a great choice. A bit tedious to change between tuner, cd, and phone (still cannot operate I guess I'll need my 21 yr old to assist)

Best experience compared to other install places, they don't lie to you like other places, they are reliable and fast with installs, I trust their opinions and recommendations on speakers

The installation took a while to get started because they were short staffed but I made it to the Beyoncé concert on time so they succeeded my request on being done around 4pm.
