    Adam was prompt, texted me before his arrival, worked efficiently, explained everything in terms I could easily understand, talked about the need for a new modem/router, gave me a few choices about which to order, and completed the visit quickly. He was kind and courteous and I definitely want him to return for any future issues.

    For years I was able to set up my home audio/video stereo systems without ant help. That was the analog years. Today's home entertainment systems are very intimidating because of the complexity of the features they have. I do not have a comfort zone in their setup. The Geek Squad are more comfortable with the setup of these new systems. They did a great job in setting up my home system. I now have to go through the manual and sit down with the system to learn how to do a lot of the settings that the receiver has for it's many built in features. These, I understand have got to be done by the owner.

    Our representative, Michael worked diligently to service and install our new All in One desktop and Webroot protection plan. He stayed an additional 30 minutes to help us install another program.

    20 Years Best Buy Products Plu Total Tech Support

    Tech support has been great. I had "Patrick" twice. I could not get into my computers or stream on my tvs. Experiencing "roaming" on one cell phone despite I'm in my own home & country. The other is junk. It's involved. Ive had best buy for approx 20 years. I bought 7 computers and my other interest was cameras. In the past Ive bought countless other products from microwaves, headphones, hard drives, vacuum cleaners, computer & camera acessories. Counting all years I've bought 9 cameras total from best buy. I was treated with the utmost respect. I'm disabled & unable to go into a store. I have total tech support. They can come into my home. It's an hour time frame. They managed to correct my issue for now. I must have a home theatre apt. In the future. Calling in for support has been made easy for me. Their people are knowledgeable and listen very carefully to provide the best support. I've needed much help lately and though out the years they have done above and beyond when it comes to the reccomendations, support, even empathy. I appreciate the care & concern theve shown me. I have a home health aide. Patrick included her and explained to both of us what happened and needs to be done. Thank you best buy for 20 years of service.

    Christina? did a great job as I had a number of problems. Both of my printers were not working among other problems. while at the Shreveport store, I asked if the (2013) router could be contributing to the printing problem with the printers. Fortunately i decided to rerplaced the router. While this did not fix the problem, it certainly slowed them down. Anyway, Christina? fixed the problems with both printers and all the other problems. 5 Stars for Christina?

    I have had the opportunity to work with many techs since computers came into use. Scott and Justin are more knowledgeable than most and was able to answer my questions. They take pride in their work and solved my problems. I am very pleased with their work.

    Jeffrey asked many questions to resolve issues we had with Microsoft 365. We could not access Word or other Microfsoft functions. We had gone to Best Buy in-house twice to resolve issues and continued to have lack of access. Jeffrey was successful in completing the correct installation for Microsoft 365 on our laptop.

    The in-home technician left my printer un-connected to the new computer. Left me paper saying to call and he would return my call within 24 hours. I called 3 days in a row and never did hear back from him. Remote technician was able to solve my problems. Thank God!

    Two different support by Geek Squad each handled smoothly and with no problems. Staff keep us informed of arrival times and provided updates when necessary. Jobs were completed with little problem and success was immediate. Squad members were competent, quick, and answered our questions clearly and demonstrated any options as needed for my use. WElll done!

    I was very pleased to once again have my laptop computer working with the relatively new modem and router I purchased from Best Buy. Originally a Geek Squad member came in and set up my router and modem to effectively work with my television and a console computer on another floor. However after a couple of weeks I could no longer get my laptop to synch with my internet at home. The technician from the Geek Squad who came on 5/13/22 listened carefully to what I told him I tried to do and then when he finally resolved the problem he took the time to explain it to me (for which I was very grateful). All throughout he was very calm, understanding, and patient. It overall was a very positive experience. I should note that I called to set up this appointment on 5/3/22, the same day I had an appointment with the Geek Squad for the same issue and the Geek Squad tech did not arrive nor call to cancel. Only when I called a support line for Best Buy was I able to find out that indeed I was stood up for that appointment. However the support tech was very apologetic about the situation and set me up with the appointment on 5/13. Even with this mishap in general the Geek Squad and the support team have been very good in helping me.
