Excellent customer service. They solved the problem and helped me understand how to sync my desk top and lap top computers.

I had computer problems..id changed batteries in wireless mouse and keyboard. I was still having problems with typing and moving cursor. When the tech arrived he was very friendly..and had appropriate face covering ( Covid). He quickly and efficiently checked the computer..finding out what was causing the problem. It is fixed for now...just something that will need to be replaced in the future. Always very happy with their service.

Marco came to my home, checked my computer, and determined the work that needed to be done. The allotted appointment time was not adequate for the required repairs, so he scheduled a time for me to drop off my computer at Best Buy. Marco is very professional, efficient, patient, and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problems, explained them to me in terms I could understand, and assured me the computer would be OK. He suggested the addition of SSD, which made my computer much faster. The technical support I received was outstanding, and the advice given by Marco proved him to be trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He is also a very nice person. I worked in customer service positions my entire life and have high expectations when I'm on the receiving end. I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad.

I have had the opportunity to work with many techs since computers came into use. Scott and Justin are more knowledgeable than most and was able to answer my questions. They take pride in their work and solved my problems. I am very pleased with their work.

Several Best Buy Geeks tried to assist me during the time period of May 6 through May 24, 2022. There were so many issues to contend with due to not being able to repair my outdated computer purchased 5/29/2015. Had to purchase a new computer and the transition of information from the old to the new was incomplete. In-house efforts were not possible due to some kind of a firewall at Best Buy in Pineville NC to stop Road Runner access. Finally had to have an at-home tech visit my home on May 24, 2022 (Jorge Aranda) who was able to regain my Outlook account. Unfortunately, it still did not give me back all of my previous Outlook files and/or current data that was accessible on my old computer. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts of each and every Geek tech, especially Jorge Aranda, who helped me to have computer online access once again. A frustrating experience, but not any of the Geek Squad's fault.

The gentleman was very precise, followed up twice before showing up. And then took everything in that we talked about and performance services on the computer. Very satisfied with this gentleman, service, and personality, and professionalism. Thank you, Best Buy, Joe, and Debbie Kujaczynski.

The Technician shortened cords, fixed the tv's, improved wi-fi, enhanced viewing opportunities, and did it all with patience, kindness, skills, and highly refined expertise. The Tech was extremely professional and courteous, as well. We were so thankful she performed so many tasks and so thoroughly and well.

The in-home service was performed in conjunction with a new equipment installation. The service technician expended all efforts to fix a Microsoft problem but in the end had to show me how to use the online Geek Squad service due to the time needed to resolve the problem. He performed all other services needed before he left after giving step-by-step instructions. A very pleasant, polite & efficient Geek Squad representative.

The rep can out to my home and diagnosed my issues. Gave me a complete rundown of what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable and explained it to where even I could understand it. Our Best Buy here in Rogers Arkansas is second to no one… Great job Rogers Arkansas Best But!.

The Geek guys were very good and helped me with my I Pad. They connected my I Pad so I could print from it and also send mails. Very, very good and helpful. They fixed my computer so now it runs real good. Exelent work that they did. They asked if there was anything else and at the time I could not think of anything. MyAlexa had not been working for a while and I wish I had asked them to fix it. very helpful and good.

shawn was a wiz fixing my printer set he also got my computer back on the right settings and then he showed me how to get my tv in my camper bought from best buy set up he did it for me again so i could write it down, i would hire him in a second if i had an electronic store you have the best with shawn. thank you best buy !!!!!!

The agents were able to help us synch up our two computers and to verify that the printers were talking with desktops. They were very courteous and assisted us with the issues.

Joseph arrived on time and started cleaning up my computer. He removed unnecessary apps I didn't need or want as well as a duplicate sign-on and verified that all was working as designed. Before updating to Windows 11 he suggested replacing my older hard drive with a SSD which would run much faster. I took his advice, got the new SSD and had Windows 11 installed by Richard at the store. My computer runs much faster now and there aren't too many changes in Windows 11 that this 77yo retiree can't adjust to without a major freak-out. I appreciated their work and suggestions and am glad to have Geek Squad coverage. They know what they are doing and I trust them all.

Caleb was phenomenal. We've worked with him before, and are glad when he is assigned to us. He's attentive to the questions and concerns, and eager not just to solve problems, but to teach us so we can do a better job on our own. He's an excellent source of help.

The agent was very hospitable and easy to work with he resolved my issues in a timely manner and I also learned a few things from him regarding my computer. Especially since I’m a senior citizen I was so thankful to have him service my device.

Several months ago, I purchased a logitech camera for use with Zoom. So far, it works great on the few times I have used it. Although I probably could have installed it, I had a Geek Squad guy do it for me. I learned from him. For that I am thankful.
