    Christina? did a great job as I had a number of problems. Both of my printers were not working among other problems. while at the Shreveport store, I asked if the (2013) router could be contributing to the printing problem with the printers. Fortunately i decided to rerplaced the router. While this did not fix the problem, it certainly slowed them down. Anyway, Christina? fixed the problems with both printers and all the other problems. 5 Stars for Christina?

    Two different support by Geek Squad each handled smoothly and with no problems. Staff keep us informed of arrival times and provided updates when necessary. Jobs were completed with little problem and success was immediate. Squad members were competent, quick, and answered our questions clearly and demonstrated any options as needed for my use. WElll done!

    I was very pleased to once again have my laptop computer working with the relatively new modem and router I purchased from Best Buy. Originally a Geek Squad member came in and set up my router and modem to effectively work with my television and a console computer on another floor. However after a couple of weeks I could no longer get my laptop to synch with my internet at home. The technician from the Geek Squad who came on 5/13/22 listened carefully to what I told him I tried to do and then when he finally resolved the problem he took the time to explain it to me (for which I was very grateful). All throughout he was very calm, understanding, and patient. It overall was a very positive experience. I should note that I called to set up this appointment on 5/3/22, the same day I had an appointment with the Geek Squad for the same issue and the Geek Squad tech did not arrive nor call to cancel. Only when I called a support line for Best Buy was I able to find out that indeed I was stood up for that appointment. However the support tech was very apologetic about the situation and set me up with the appointment on 5/13. Even with this mishap in general the Geek Squad and the support team have been very good in helping me.

    Shannon was excellent in so many ways. He kept me posted about his estimated arrival time, and arrived as promised. He helped me with the specific problem with which I had requested help, and then spent the rest of the hour solving other problems and suggesting solutions to problems I didn't even know that I had.

    The rep can out to my home and diagnosed my issues. Gave me a complete rundown of what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable and explained it to where even I could understand it. Our Best Buy here in Rogers Arkansas is second to no one… Great job Rogers Arkansas Best But!.

    The Technician shortened cords, fixed the tv's, improved wi-fi, enhanced viewing opportunities, and did it all with patience, kindness, skills, and highly refined expertise. The Tech was extremely professional and courteous, as well. We were so thankful she performed so many tasks and so thoroughly and well.

    Several Best Buy Geeks tried to assist me during the time period of May 6 through May 24, 2022. There were so many issues to contend with due to not being able to repair my outdated computer purchased 5/29/2015. Had to purchase a new computer and the transition of information from the old to the new was incomplete. In-house efforts were not possible due to some kind of a firewall at Best Buy in Pineville NC to stop Road Runner access. Finally had to have an at-home tech visit my home on May 24, 2022 (Jorge Aranda) who was able to regain my Outlook account. Unfortunately, it still did not give me back all of my previous Outlook files and/or current data that was accessible on my old computer. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts of each and every Geek tech, especially Jorge Aranda, who helped me to have computer online access once again. A frustrating experience, but not any of the Geek Squad's fault.

    Ray come to help try to get my computer working and found out instead of a new tower they sent me a used one with someone’s pictures still on it, in formed me that it should go back up .. awesome service!!!!

    I had computer problems..id changed batteries in wireless mouse and keyboard. I was still having problems with typing and moving cursor. When the tech arrived he was very friendly..and had appropriate face covering ( Covid). He quickly and efficiently checked the computer..finding out what was causing the problem. It is fixed for now...just something that will need to be replaced in the future. Always very happy with their service.

    shawn was a wiz fixing my printer set he also got my computer back on the right settings and then he showed me how to get my tv in my camper bought from best buy set up he did it for me again so i could write it down, i would hire him in a second if i had an electronic store you have the best with shawn. thank you best buy !!!!!!
