Went south for the winter and brought my old desktop computer along. Had a few issues with it and was soon on my back in business after a short time with a member of the Geek Squad!

Ray come to help try to get my computer working and found out instead of a new tower they sent me a used one with someone’s pictures still on it, in formed me that it should go back up .. awesome service!!!!

On time service and good knowledge. Listened to my problem and got right to work on it. After completing problem with computer explained what was wrong and what was done to correct it.

This agent had a lot of patience and a kind heart, and he stuck with installing a streaming Device that connected to my hearing aid, which made a huge difference for me, and I really appreciated his patience and perseverance

New computer wouldn't boot up a few days after in-home set up. This after a first windows update. Response of Geek Squad was fast and efficient. I was impressed. They had me up and running very quickly. l was very impressed with both Geek squad technicians who visited my home.

The agent installed the computer and hooked it to printer in a timely fashion. Gave a good explanation of the new equipment and demonstrated how to use. The only down fall was when we tried to apply the gift card to the billing it was not accepted regardless of how it was done. So it defeated the purpose of using my best buy gift card.

I was having an issue with my Apple ID and my watch. He quickly showed me how to fix it and what to do the next time I have the same issue. He did an excellent job. Very impressed with his customer care skills as well as his technical skills. Thanks you!!!!

Agent was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me back on tract. At my age it is hard for me to figure things out on my laptop & iPad. So grateful for Geek Squad. Calming for me to know I have someone I can call to come and walk me through things.

The agent arrived on time, went to work on my computer showing and explaining issues that I was having with my computer. He was very polite and offered to answer any additional questions.

The only item I purchased on that date was the Total Tech service which renewed. I am a senior and often need assistance with my computer. This product is wonderful for my situation. I can get help whenever I need it. JS.

Your technician Michael was terrific. This was he second time he provided an in home service in connection with purchases of a new lap top and printer. The first time was because when I picked up my new lap top no one told me certain information from the data transfer from my old lap top would not be available without the related application (Turbo Tax and Adobe). Even the remote technicians could not figure this out. By the way I was disconnected twice while on the phone with a remote technician without a call back. Customer communications on this event was very poor. I was disappointed, Thank goodness Michael was able to get it right. Frank Colalucci

Excellent service! I didn't have to bring my computer to get it checked out! That was so easy for me. The service member took over my computer and cleaned it out in just a few minutes! Thank you Geek Squad!
