Caleb was phenomenal. We've worked with him before, and are glad when he is assigned to us. He's attentive to the questions and concerns, and eager not just to solve problems, but to teach us so we can do a better job on our own. He's an excellent source of help.

The in-home service was performed in conjunction with a new equipment installation. The service technician expended all efforts to fix a Microsoft problem but in the end had to show me how to use the online Geek Squad service due to the time needed to resolve the problem. He performed all other services needed before he left after giving step-by-step instructions. A very pleasant, polite & efficient Geek Squad representative.

Several months ago, I purchased a logitech camera for use with Zoom. So far, it works great on the few times I have used it. Although I probably could have installed it, I had a Geek Squad guy do it for me. I learned from him. For that I am thankful.

he tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of my computer situation in no time at all. I am very satisfied. I have been a Total Tech customer for many years, and will continue to be a Total Tech customer for years to come.

This agent had a lot of patience and a kind heart, and he stuck with installing a streaming Device that connected to my hearing aid, which made a huge difference for me, and I really appreciated his patience and perseverance

The Geek guys were very good and helped me with my I Pad. They connected my I Pad so I could print from it and also send mails. Very, very good and helpful. They fixed my computer so now it runs real good. Exelent work that they did. They asked if there was anything else and at the time I could not think of anything. MyAlexa had not been working for a while and I wish I had asked them to fix it. very helpful and good.

The agent arrived on time, went to work on my computer showing and explaining issues that I was having with my computer. He was very polite and offered to answer any additional questions.

Our tv was set up and connected to sound bar. Well done!

Your technician Michael was terrific. This was he second time he provided an in home service in connection with purchases of a new lap top and printer. The first time was because when I picked up my new lap top no one told me certain information from the data transfer from my old lap top would not be available without the related application (Turbo Tax and Adobe). Even the remote technicians could not figure this out. By the way I was disconnected twice while on the phone with a remote technician without a call back. Customer communications on this event was very poor. I was disappointed, Thank goodness Michael was able to get it right. Frank Colalucci

The agent was very patient and honest about the request I’d made on the 20th of December 2024. He informed me of a better way of accomplishing the things needed to accomplish the varying task and challenges. He also assisted me in purchasing the My Best Buy Total- Yearly Membership!!! Geek Squad is the best. They arrive on time, know how to act in someone else's home, and are polite, professional and highly competent. They go out of their way to fix your problem and are the best thing about the company. Unfortunately, I needed a service redo since the computer died within 2 weeks of buying it, but they made it all better, handled the exchange and the data transfer redo.

I was having an issue with my Apple ID and my watch. He quickly showed me how to fix it and what to do the next time I have the same issue. He did an excellent job. Very impressed with his customer care skills as well as his technical skills. Thanks you!!!!

Helped set up my computer, connect printer and get all my tools set up.

New computer wouldn't boot up a few days after in-home set up. This after a first windows update. Response of Geek Squad was fast and efficient. I was impressed. They had me up and running very quickly. l was very impressed with both Geek squad technicians who visited my home.

Excellent service! I didn't have to bring my computer to get it checked out! That was so easy for me. The service member took over my computer and cleaned it out in just a few minutes! Thank you Geek Squad!
