I was surprised and amazed when I was given service in my HOME!! To make it even more perfect, the man who came to see my problems was very nice, so experienced and knowledgeable! Wow!!

Shout out to the Geek Squad, Jose Nino. explained to me what he was doing and had me view anything he had done. If I wasn't sure if that's what I wanted he'd show me other examples. Very patient to one who is not tech savvy !

The Geek Squad tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He handled the problem quickly and took the time to explain everything to me.

I was totally satisfied with the service received from Paul. He was excellent making sure he contacted me the day before and then again about 15 minutes before his arrival. Very punctual and explained all he was doing and steps I need to complete being I need to purchase a new tower. I recommend him very highly and will call again when I need my new tower installed.

Agent Chip was wonderful in updating our computer E-mail etc. after we decided to use this PC as our Master after moving to Florida as our homestead. He was very nice, made all the changes we wanted and provided good judgement as to our updates. Agent Chris is truly recommended for those that need installation and updates to their computer.

Due to delays in receiving all ordered items, my tech, Chad had to be rescheduled to Aug 10. When he arrived, he did an excellent job of setting up my new system and was sensitive to and apologized for Best Buy's delay in getting all my ordered items to me.

Geek Squad fixed our computer and lap top in record time. They sent a notice out and when we went to pick it up they were very kind and showed us how to use and answered all our questions. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.

Our Geek Squad agent was great. He installed Norton and did a maintenance on our computer. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. Great customer service.

Went to lake forest store to buy a camera,for upcoming vacation, only one in their display case, employee advised me to go to Irvine store, so I did. Great customer service with employee John helped me greatly

Ben, gave advise on updating our cable connection for more secure line as I could not connect iPad to the internet, although the iMac is connected. Also educated us on use of audible & other gems on the iPad. He gave us great service & education. Thank you.

Chris L. was our “ GEEK“ and he was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining and instructing how everything worked. We are two seniors who are technology challenged.

Raymond has now helped my 98 year old mother twice with dated technology. This project he arrived on time and carefully listened to her about Outlook 2010 no longer working with her Windows 7 and wanted to retain her folders. He asked a very important question “what do you use the software for?” and she was pleased to describe her reporting and correspondence as part of her work as a guardian ad litem. Although after research this was not possible he did on his initiative import her contacts to Xfinity which she will now have to use and showed her folder set up in Xfinity. Raymond is very very patient and ge has a quiet confidence and professionalism. This s key for most of us who fear and are overwhelmed by technology.

The technician caome to our home and got my computer operating . whe had a virius and he cleaned the computer and made it opeerate like new. I have called on the Best Buy service for both temevision and computer in home repairs and have appreciated the service everytime the have been in our home both in california and Arizona. Great service!!!!

The technician came out and was very helpful in identifying my problem and explaining the issue in very simple terms.

Adam was on time, called after his last appointment to let me know his arrival time. I appreciated that he wore a mask. Adam knew how to deal with my issues and was great at explaining things. Highly recommended.
