Great help with trouble shooting and fixing the setup with my computer . Rapid fix and some great advice

Your Geek Squad service representative, Devon is a true asset to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. He is articulate, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful of time, pleasant and yet always behaves in a professional manner. What I also appreciate is Devon thoroughly answers my many questions patiently and thoroughly before he leaves so I am confident and comfortable with my purchases. I absolutely love the various electrical devices I have purchased from Best Buy. *Devon has been instrumental in helping me with upgrading my electronic devices, He is amazing!

Michael Jones Sr. has provided service at our home several times now to assist with computer issues and set up wi-fi. He is just great! Michael explains what he is doing in terminology that I can understand as a non-techie person. He is patience and makes sure I understand how the new equipment works.

Gary from the Geek Squad has been here several times rescuing my husband, Gary, who is in early dementia. He continues to try to make it as easy as possible for Gary to enjoy his computer. Thanks for his continued patience in this very hard job!

Michelle was the Answer to my Prayers. I lost my husband of 50+ years, 2 years ago. He was my tech guy. There have been so many things I Needed to know & Understand about our computer, I've felt very vulnerable. She came in, answered SO many of my questions, in language I could understand, & without making me feel stupid. She gave me advice on protection for it, when I knew what was on it was to expire in just days. Then she installed it for me. I use the computer for so many things & have been very stressed out about all the the things I Don't know. She was patient & caring, & incredibly knowledgeable. She has no idea the burden she removed from my shoulders, that I've carried for a long 2 years. Signing on for Totaltech is the smartest thing I've ever done! Michelle ROCKS!

We love our in home agent. She knows what she is talking about, and it is clear. She has our interest in mind. But the most important thing is that she realizes that, being young at heart, yet in the 70's in years, we have challenges with IT. She takes care of the situation, and puts us at ease.

I had always gotten excellent geek squad sevice but somehow it changed. I resumed membership at Best Buy along with security and soon neded service on my pc. THE SCHEDULED visit was delayed several times until I vented o a female employee as I left the store in tears. Amazingly, sure enough, she promised a new date, it was kept and the very effecient, cordial and thorough geek squad guy from before CAME as she had promised AND took care of the problem!!!

I was totally satisfied with my recent visit with a member of the geek squad. I have nothing negative to say. He was patient with me, very professional. Nothing negative to say.

Andrew Oliver hooked up new HP lap top and printer . He did a wonderful job as he moved the material from old lap top to new as closely as he could. So far I can work on it. Thanks to Geeks Squad.

Technician was on time and very patient going over the product's operating instructions from setting up/sign on/security and passwords, using various apps, downloading data and files from the old computer. He verified our ability to be able to perform all the necessary instructions without his outside help. Great job.

Michael, agent helped me with questions I had & cleaned up my laptop data. We have paid for the Geek Squad for years & use the on line help mostly. In the past 2 years I have only requested in home visit twice on 7/9/22 & 5/22/24 so I am not happy that I would have to pay extra if I need that service again on new contract. Let the others that overuse that service pay more. Keep the $199.99 & only allow say 1 home visit a year without an extra charge.

Agent Wilson helped solve some computer issues and showed me how to clean and delete things that have been on my older computers for way too long. Agent Willson is very knowledgable and easy to explain things too. Thank you!!

Agent Danny Engle assisted me in installing cartridge on my new Epson printer. He is totally knowledgeable and competent, and was patient and respectful of my need for help.

Joseph Mathias has been out several times in helping me to use my new Epson Ink printer. I may need addl help with converting old color slides to prints. Also attaching pic's to an email.

Service agent fixed my computer in a snap. He was very knowledgeable of the computer and my needs. I’m very satisfied.

Wilson has been here twice to assist in various issues and give advice. He is perfect for the job! He's easy to understand, dependable, very pleasant to talk to, sincere and best of all knows what he's doing! I can't say enough good about him and hope he is appreciated!

By the book - company policy on geek squad at the home. BEST service ever! Previously had in store with new computer - mother board died on one taken in - minor issues with transfer of information but spoke with Austin - Mgr at Geek in Menomonee Falls - set up tech at N/C to come to home and finish job. He was awesome!

When you are updating, like moving upstairs for convenience sake, don't forget to contact your service provider (who controls your emails.) Then, hopefully you have Geek Squad, call them and have them verify you have plugged into the right places on you computer. That way, you don't sit around and cuss yourself out because the map you drew was eaten by the dog - remember - homework.

Jim from Geek Squad was so professional and patient when he came to trouble shoot and connect my new computer to other devices. He REALLY went out of his way to take care of my computer needs.
