Came out to my home checked the issue I had with my PC after taking it into the store for a complete new build but had multiple issues when I got home. He checked it out fixed the problems insanely quick and now it's running perfectly.

Very please with the service. Answered my initial questions, then took some other questions.

Owen Klaus set up my computer and printer. He explained how this This computer worked as well as the printer. He answered my questions so I understood what to do.

The Geek Squad is definitely the best place to get help on a PC. I have had nothing but quick and reliable service from them over the years including quite recently. In my most recent problem, a Geek came to my home to fix a corrupted device driver.

I needed help with a printer that I bought elswhere, Excellent service with very knowledgeable technician who came to my house and fixed my issue expeditiously.

The agent checked our PC and determined the cable is probably old and needed to be replaced. The cable was replaced with another cable we had on hand, and the problem no longer existed. The agent was nice, respectful of our home, and had arrived on time.

The agent was very helpful with my computer. Very able to show me several ways for my to clear up things.

Christina was our technician and she did and excellent job of setting up our desktop. She made the setup fast and easy. I highly recommend GS for any computer service.

In store agent corrected my problems with my laptop and iPad including the renewal of my Webroot program and educating me on iPad use to clear programs in order to properly download email. This is the 4th or 5th appointment with a Geek agent, in store and at home, and each visit has been a new learning experience for me. Visits have been on time and usually completed in a minimum amount of time.

The rep came to my home. The visit was a good one. He was also very professional. The rep fixed a problem I was experiencing with error messages on my monitor for months after my purchase.

He explained everything clearly and fixed our problems. There was a cancellation so we got a quicker appointment. Very happy with the service.

Frank, technician was able to solve my problem of Windows Script Host - 2 different messages. Frank was very diligent in checking all places the rascal could be hiding to be sure the problem was solved. The former remote technician gave up, nor did he refer me to a more experienced technician. I now know exactly what to look for in remote help & in this case requesting an in home visit was more helpful.
