Ian was our installer - he’s been here multiple times and is our “go-to” Geek Squad member - - always EXCELLENT service….

Lots of rules...but if you comply to the "T" the service is good. I am old and in the past there were two rules to Customer Service. 1.) The Customer is always right. 2.) Refer to number 1.

The agents set up my TV and sound system quickly and efficiently. Did not leave until they were sure we were satisfied and understood how all the remote controls worked.

The Geek Squad is ALWAYS very helpful when they come to my home. They are also very helpful when I shop at Best Buy.

All my tax information was on my computer and somehow I had messed it all up...no email? no printer? Once I realized I was I was only making my computer problems worse...I called for a professional. Kevin, from Geek Squad, came to rescue me and my computer. He fairly quickly diagnosed and fixed my frustrating computer problems and took time to answer my many questions and even left me step by step directions.

ARRANGING for this service was annoyingly cumbersome - too many auto menus that seem to screen-out getting a person to my home. The actual service visit was outstanding.

TJ was great he helped address all the problems that I had I would totally suggest he is the 1st person you call when you have a tech problem

The tec was on time with a mask. He asked what the issues were with my computer. in about 45 minutes he finished. He explained what he had done and asked if I had any other questions. He took the time to address my questions. He was polite throughout his stay.

An agent came to my house to help me set-up a difficult desktop computer. He was very professional, thoughtful, and resourceful. Perhaps my best part of being a TotalTech member so far.

Thomas quickly assessed the problem that stopped my progress and, having encountered it previously, corrected it. Additionally, he provided information that we lacked on several items concerning MS 10. We will specify Thomas respond to any future need for assistance.

Your technicians were great helping us with a problem on our new computer on one of the programs that had been transferred from our previous computer. Ethan was especially helpful.

The Geek who was here completed setting up my new laptop and even made sure that the special program I have in it that talks to my projector worked as is should. All my questions were answered. Great job!

Joel was terrific. He was able to determine that my hard drive was blown. Then, he was able to access a number of documents that I hadn't back up, put them on a USB drive and upload them to my laptop. I couldn't be happier with the service I got. A+++

The agent came out and fixed my computer and did an excellent job doing it. I now have excellent internet service and faster time. My computer was so slow before and now it doesn't take no time to get into my email. He did an excellent job.
