I needed help getting my printer set up- typically I am pretty self sufficient when it comes to tech things, but it just was not working for me. GeekSquad had it up and running in a few minutes:)

Very friendly and understanding. Was very helpful in providing advice on how to resolve a MBR issue on a Win 10 machine. Helped build a restore USB for future use. Helped resolve an issue with iCloud calendars not synching.

Nate had solve my major problems several weeks ago sooooo when he came last week (?) soooooooooooo when he came he watched me use the computer/made a slight correction and that was that.......he is a WHIZ when it comes to explanations....he makes them simple and easy ...........

The agents set up my TV and sound system quickly and efficiently. Did not leave until they were sure we were satisfied and understood how all the remote controls worked.

Lots of rules...but if you comply to the "T" the service is good. I am old and in the past there were two rules to Customer Service. 1.) The Customer is always right. 2.) Refer to number 1.

I was so pleased to have someone help me set up a new computer, show me how to connect it to my monitor, and in general help log on to my apps, etc. I'm not very computer-savvy, so it made things simple and easy (and fast!).

We have used the Geek home repair service for a couple of years. We were very pleased until our last call for home service. The system seems to have changed and they wanted 103 dollars before coming. Then the credit card we used was used for many purchases. Breakfast in Atlanta some charges in Florida. Had to close our account. A questionable change!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Geek Squad member Micheal Plowden, knew what to do to make everything work as it should. He was helpful and answered all my questions. You should all hope your agent is as helpful and Micheal Plowden, because if they are you will be very happy with the results.
