Levi, the Geek Tech that came to my home was great; he explained things in a way I could understand. Sadly, I needed a new computer; but the good thing is that he helped me pick one out and order it. The "in home" Geek Squad techs are much better and nicer than the in store ones. I just wish you hadn't made it so difficult to get a tech to my home.
