Geek Squad restored both of my computers!!!

On his first visit he told me I had to call Verizon--the problem was not the computer but the Verizon router. After spending for than 6 hours with Verizon "techs" over 3 phone calls, neither my desk top nor laptop were functioning. Sam came back and within 40 minutes he had everything running back to normal.
