Nick checked my computer and the Webroot security system. He answered my questions with explanations that I could follow and understand. Since Windows 10 will not be covered next year, I plan to have Nick help me purchase and install a new computer with Windows 11 before the end of the year. I appreciated his expertise as well as his nice disposition.

I spent an extra $100 to find out the computer was not compatible with the docking station (which runs everything BUT the monitors). After I bought a new computer that was recommended that would work with my docking station to run my monitors, It did not. I still had to run my monitor through the main laptop. I just didn't want to go through the effort of finding another laptop that might or might not work. I now can use only one extra monitor with the laptop which is better than nothing. The technician was professional and helpful with his service spending over an hour to make his determinations.
