The agent helped me by diagnosing and correcting a problem with my land line phone service. I had a new wifi modem purchased at bestbuy installed a few weeks earlier and assumed the malfunction was related to that new modem. He figured out the problem and corrected it even though apparently it may not have been related to the modem. I am happy with how he fixed my problem. I also want to mention that this was the same guy who set it up in the first place and he was very adept at doing that and also helping me ensure all my wifi devices were functioning properly before he left. I was very happy with that. thank you

I spent an extra $100 to find out the computer was not compatible with the docking station (which runs everything BUT the monitors). After I bought a new computer that was recommended that would work with my docking station to run my monitors, It did not. I still had to run my monitor through the main laptop. I just didn't want to go through the effort of finding another laptop that might or might not work. I now can use only one extra monitor with the laptop which is better than nothing. The technician was professional and helpful with his service spending over an hour to make his determinations.

Sam was a lifesaver. On his first visit he told me I had to call Verizon--the problem was not the computer but the Verizon router. After spending for than 6 hours with Verizon "techs" over 3 phone calls, neither my desk top nor laptop were functioning. Sam came back and within 40 minutes he had everything running back to normal.

Phenomenal Service and Tech help getting printer set up and connected to all our devices in our home.
