The agent worked on my computers. They are working a lot better. He was nice and very know knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Very nice man.

I've had Geek Squad come to my home to service my desktop twice already. They're very good and it's a great added value with the Total Tech membership. It was a freak thing the second visit. I had the GS set my desktop up with 32 gb RAM (upgrade from 16), and it turned out there was a bad connection with one of the "sticks". I had gotten the code MS gave me and the Geek knew right away what to do. I'm so glad it was simple and a very rare thing that never happens, but it did, and it was taken care of easily at home.

Fast and efficient. Geek squads have Ben very very helpful over the years Hopefully will use them on a regular basis.

Jedediah was courteous and professional. Listened to my explanation of my problems and began his diagnostics. Solved the issue in a reasonable time.

The agent connected a Roku device to my TV and explained how to use it.

My tech called me before he arrived and within 15-20 minutes he cleaned my laptop removing the old anti-virus software that was grinding my machine down so bad that I had to restart it every 10 minutes. He offered his suggestions about what I could do to my laptop to keep it up and running perfectly. The only issue I had was with the scheduling. They gave me a window of time, I believe 1-6PM, that the tech could arrive and he would call 1/2 hour before arriving. When he arrived around 1 he stated that he doesn't even work that late and that he no instructions to call me 1/2 hour before. Everything worked out good but Geek Squad may want to work on the scheduling part. In summary, I will use Geek Squad again if necessary. I was very happy with the work

The in home service is ALWAYS great. The people are extremely helpful and knowledgable and very committed to help.
